One time when I was a kid, I was at a friends house and his mom had made some rice patties or rice cakes. They were made with rice and were sweet. I've searched for recipes and can't find any! I'm hoping someone here may have one!

Polish Rice Cake

INGREDIENTS
2 cups long grain white rice
6 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup golden raisins

DIRECTIONS
Combine rice, milk and salt in a saucepan and cook slowly until liquid is absorbed. Stir frequently.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch baking pan.

In large bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese. Cream well with wooden spoon.

In another bowl combine eggs, half and half, and vanilla. Add to creamed mixture and blend well.

Stir in the cooled rice mixture and mix well. Add the flour and blend well. Stir in the raisins.

Pour batter into the prepared pan, pat top to avoid any air bubbles. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Let cake stand for one hour before turning out of pan.

3 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. - about 40 - regular marshmallows, or 4 cups miniature
6 cups Rice Krispies

Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add rice krispies; stir until well-coated.
Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13x9x2" pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2" squares when cool. Best if served the same day. Yield: 24 squares.
(Note: 1 7oz. jar marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.)

my favorite is Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken INGREDIENTS 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 3/4 cup honey 1/2 cup prepared mustard lemon pepper to taste 4 slices bacon, cut in half 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the chicken breast halves in a baking dish, and drizzle evenly with honey and mustard. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake chicken 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Top each breast half with 2 bacon slice halves, and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear, bacon is crisp, and cheese is bubbly.
