When i went to America we went to a place called Panera Bread for breakfast and i always ordered the same pumpkin Muffin.
I wondered if anyone knew if i could get Pumpkin Muffins in England and if so where? And also if anyone knew a recipe? plz help me :) xxxxxxx

I love to cook and am really good. But when it comes to the "spice's" I get sooooo confused! How do you know which spice taste's good with what? I add parsley to almost everything! But I used bay leaves the other night on pork chop's and yuck! I didn't think that was a good combination! Anyone have any spice idea's? Or combination's that they like? Thank's!!

What were our mothers thinking??? It made the biggest mess EVER. Oil everywhere, including the floor - then what do you do with the leftover oil? I also broke my oil thermometer somehow. Now I have to go get a new one of those. Never again.

i enjoy making homemade chicken noodle soup it's really good for left overs but, when i eat it the next day the noodles get mushy. i only use egg noodles because that's what i like.

About 10 years ago Hinoichi (tofu manufacturer) published a recipe for pumpkin bread made with tofu. I made it many times and it was wonderful, despite what you might think. I have lost my recipe and cannot find it anywhere. Even contacted the company but no reply. Would anyone have the recipe, or general advice on using tofu in a bread like this instead of oil?
