Seriously though, I have never heard of Powdered Water. Give me a link for that product and I will read the directions for you and let you know what to add to make it non-powdered again.....

You must be refering to ground ice. Just let it melt into its liquid state and then mix it with the powdered milk.

the creamer is suppose to act as a substitute for milk. So it is suppose to be added to hot water.. so it can dissolve easier.. Although if you wanted more creaminess to your drink you can add it in with milk.. its a much smoother taste.. not watery like milk.. I LOVE IT!!
