I have a lot of stock left over from a boiled dinner I made. I have strained and reduced it to a nice stock, but now a websearch isn't turning up many recipes I can use it in. Any ideas what I should search for?

I use ham stock for my delicious creamy potato soup. It sounds like your stock would work nicely for this. Add diced potatoes carrots, celery and onion and once they're all fork tender, add the cheese of your choice. Then thicken with a milk/flour mixture and season with salt, pepper & parsley. Should be wonderful!
