My bf loves eating fried rice a lot... more than that, he has talent on cooking! He loves to cook and serve lots of delicious dishes. Even I'm as his gf can't cook that good....

I want to make some surprise here. I know he loves fried rice and I want to make it myself without his help.... The problem is, I can't cook like him. I just want to shower him with my love and affection here, I know there are lots of variation on fried rice recipe but I don't know anything about how to make fried rice....

Being an X Chef, my policies with Canned Tuna are as follows:- Under No Circumstances HEAT up Canned Tuna. This was drummed into me with a sledhammer (metoforically speaking) by my tutor at catering college and subsequent health directives sent to establishments I worked at that heating up canned Tuna is dangerous and is totally against health & hygeine rules....SO WHY ARE YOU DOING IT

I used to have a recipe that called for only about 6 different items but have lost it over the years. I want to make it for my young daughter and I but we both are allergic to many foods so I'm really looking for a simple recipe. Nothing fancy and nothing with alcohol in it. Thanks for your help.
