Making a Spag Bol recipe for 4 usually calls for 1 clove of garlic, but it's your call, if you like it add more, why not, after all it's good for you !!

You can add whatever amount of garlic you like. SOme people like more, some like less. If you're not sure, it's always best to start off with a little and add from there as you taste it to see what tastes best to you. Remember: you can always add more, but you can't take it out! I happen to like a lot of garlic, so I usually use a lot and in everything Italian I make! lol I would start off with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or 1 teaspoon of fresh minced or chopped garlic and see how you like that. If it doesn't taste right to you, then add more. Hope this helps!

How much garlic do you like? How big is the Spag Bol? Do you mean spaghetti bowl or spaghetti Bolognese? Can't help if I don't know!

My sister in law once misunderstood 2 cloves for 2 bulbs of garlic - glad I wasn't invited to eat with them.
I would put 2 cloves in if it was just me but only 1 clove if my husband was eating it as he isn't very keen on it.

utterly dependant on what you like, some recipes go for the 'less is more' option, personally I love the stuff so usually put in heaps - never had anyone complain about it yet - so my advise, suit yourself (as long as you're not feeding any garlic haters that you need to impress).

2 cloves of garlic, but crush them - it brings out the flavour more.
+ add red wine, tomatoes and mixed herbs to the minced beef -yuumm! Enjoy!

Hi one clove would not overpower the other flavours, but if you really love garlic, go mad and have two cloves, bon appetite.
