First of all, make sure you coat the bottom of your pan/skillet with olive oil, canola oil, or wine before adding ingredients to it. Also wine is great at getting up the meat that sticks to the bottom of the pan/s while cooking. After cooking, soak your pan/s in hot soapy water and let sit a while. That should make it easy to clean. Good luck.

I have a set of the waterless cookware that my mother-in-law bought years ago and paid a small fortune for, I use SOS or Brillo pads and they work great, my set looks like new

GooGone works while. But as a chef you want your pans to try a little brown on the bottom. That's called seasoning the pan. It's not a bad thing.

you can get a bucket and put aluminum foil at the bottom (the shiny part facing up) and then add salt and baking soda with warm water in it and then clean your utensils in the water with a clean sponge. Once you do that dip the utensils in cold water and dry them off.

i bought my set at macys and they also sold a product just for cleaning the stainless steel.....also i would try places like,lowes,home depot,ace hardware,osh,wal-mart,.......and it works awesome......looks brand new
