How many more times do I have to tell you guy's heating up canned Tuna is really a NO NO......Anyway as to the question, if you want cold, then a nice salmon or chicken salad with warm crusty bread or if you would like hot then a nice chicken stir fry, its quick any easy and doesn't fill you up for a long time, so when tea time arrives your getting hungry again...hope you have a lovely lunch. By the way I in UK and it is raining I bet its lovely in Singapore.

Buy yourself a Panini grill and make Tuna Melt Panini's
Mix a can of Tuna with some Mayonaise, put your favourite grated cheese on top and toast in the Panini grill for 5 minutes.
You can add any fillings you want and I think they are great for lunch!
