We bought 10 lbs of organic bone-in pork chops from a local farm and the first few we cooked were so tough they were almost inedible!!

So I'm looking for either a method (step by step) or a recipe that will make them tender enough to actually eat. Easy to make and simple ingredients is preferred. I want to make them for dinner tonight.

Thanks!!

Im moving and don't have alot of food in the house. One thing i happen to have alot of is chicken breast and stewed tomatoes. Kind of sick of it and wanting to get a recipe to sort of change it up a bit. Any suggestions?

Trying to get bigger. What's a simple and easy recipe for high-protein/bland meats like chicken. I'm a college student, so I need very simple (yet delicious) recipes. Please don't suggest buying store marinades. Try most of 'em, and weren't great. FYI. No grill.

I left 2 frozen chicken breasts out to defrost while i was getting ready for work. I forgot to put it into the refrigerator before I left for work. I returned home 8 hours later. the chicken was still cold but no where near frozen when I got home... Is it okay to cook and eat the chicken? I don't want to get sick.

Please leave any great dessert recipes here. I'm looking for different types of desserts, not just your average cookie or cake. Best answer gets 10 points!.

My fave is anything chocolate or peanut butter, so any recipes with either ingredients would be great!

I've got a problem I hope you can help me with. I don't have much money and was thinking of making homemade sweets etc to give as Christmas presents this year. Does anyone know of any easy to make items which will keep for several weeks? Bearing in mind that some members of my family suffer from nut and coconut allergies. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Why is it no matter what receipe I use for my chocolate chip cookies, the next day they always are rock hard and I end up throwing them away. Also, why can't they have that edge crunch and soft chewy center the next day. They always taste perfect the first day and then they change. Is it something to do with an amount of sugar or floor or powder or soda I use? I don't even cook them for the full amount of time because when I do they always get hard.
