Most meat is cooked at 350 for 1 lb for 45 min.. That's the easiest way I can think of.

Hey, I've got a pork tenderloin roast in the oven right now. I put it in frozen at 3:30 and I expect it to be done by 6:30. The roast is 6 lbs (boneless), and I have the oven set at 370 degrees.
Cooking times vary for boneless or bone in meats. Always add at least another 1/2 hour for bone in roasts. Also depends on the size of the roast. Generally about a 1/4 hour per pound, just like turkeys. Mine is taking so much longer because it actually took over an hour to just thaw.

Pork can be made more flavorful by marinating or seasoning before cooking. The main thing to remember when cooking pork tenderloins is not to overcook when roasting, since overcooking will cause the meat to dry out. It's a good idea to use a meat thermometer to test for doneness; cutting into the meat to test for color will cause too many good juices to run out. Since there's very little fat on a tenderloin, a small amount can go a long ways, particularly in stir-fry dishes, or cut and flattened as medallions.

You say it is already seasoned...
1. You can cook it in a crockpot slowly all day
2. You can cook it in a pressure cooker - brown it in the pressure cooker then add some onions and white wine - cover let pressure build up and cook till done
or
Line pan with tin foil, place tenderloin on a bed of onions and celery, add a little water or wine to pan, cover with tin foil and crimp to seal completely, cook in oven at 275 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
A good way to season if not already done...
onion powder
garlic powder
lawrys seasoned salt
cracked black pepper
dill weed
brown sugar
make a rub with ingredients and completely cover the tenderloin
cook in tin foik pouch as above but 10 minutes before tenderloin is done cut open top and pull back foil - pack top of tenderloin with more brown sugar and brown

I cook pork tenderloin on the stove top. Just brown it in some olive oil. After it is nice and brown add some white wine, cover with a lid and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 155 degrees. After it is done take it out of the pan and let it rest loosely covered with foil for about 10 minutes before you cut it. Use the pan juices as a gravy.

It is best if it is smoked and you can find rub and stuff on the internet. I believe smoking it, you need to smoke it for 1 1/2 hours per lb, but not sure otherwise. Check the net.
