I'm looking for a recipe for cheese puffs with the following ingredients. i know the recipe i just need the measurements. Butter, flour, and eggs. this is supposed to make the dough on the stovetop and then its supposed to be scooped and filled with a cheese paste and then baked in the oven. If anyone knows this recipe please let me know.

You have used something in your recipes on TV that sounds like "unduli" sausage. I am a senior citizen and my hearing is not very sharp so perhaps I'm not hearing correctly. Thank you

They both like tea and exotic ingredients, so I figured a tea-sauce based duck or lamb recipe would knock their sox off (who knows, if I'm lucky perhaps even more than just their sox. lol) … Just kidding (xx - fingers crossed! LOL)! :-) … Anyway, do you have a great (and preferably exotic) recipe that I can impress them with? No kinky or nasty stuff please – let’s keep this clean people. Thanks!

I desperately need suggestions for my three picky eaters, ages 5, 7, and 10. We moved recently and I went from being a way too busy to cook working mom to a stay at home mom ready to cook every night, but my kids are seriously stuck in a rut. I've tried simple recipes with chicken, beef and pork (no way will they even look at fish), and supposedly "kid-friendly" sides with no real success. They'll try new foods without a fuss, but if it's not an instant hit they won't eat more than a bite. And we can't have a casserole of any kind.... all foods must be separate and easily identified. If they had their way we'd have frozen pizza, chicken nuggets and mac & cheese, or spaghetti every night. Any suggestions??

My boyfriend is a chef and loves basic more family-style type dinners since he gets a bit over loaded on the fancy stuff. The only things he doesn't particularly care for is carrots and raisins. I'm looking for some new recipes for what to feed him.

On the bottoms it only says microwave safe and do NOT put directly on stove top and do NOT broil.
Says nothing about baking in oven. Can you or cant you? They are the clear pyrex.

I feel that this is a terribly important question. Certainly no less important than some of the other crappy questions on this site.

I like to ask your opinion.
do you wash the rice; the one that comes in bags; {not in a box} before preparing it? I have always washed it; but some people think this is not necessary. what do you think is the correct method?

and I am not sure if that is the correct spelling or name, that is just what the lady that sold it to me called it.
What does it look like? O.K. It looks like a nickel plated tube cake pan that is set on a short flared collar with a mounted gas burner and has a cut out bat motif on the collar. it has 2 bat shaped handles on the sides of the bowl and the same bat handles on the lid.thought it was cool and the lady told me that her husband brought it back from japan in the 50's and they only used it once or twice and she could not recall what or how they cooked in it any ideas how to use it? or recipies?
