If you mean "puff pastry," no -- whether you mean pate a choux or pate feuillete. Both need the radiant heat of an oven to crisp them properly.

If you meant something else... you left too much out of your question. Doing this with a recipe is bound to fail. :-)

If you're talking about puff pastry no you can't. It wont get crispy.

YOU WASTED YOUR MONEY BUYING A MICRO TO SERVE THESE PURPOSES. FOR THAT YOU NEED A CONVECTIONAL OVEN TO CRUST THEM, MICRO WILL MAKE IT COME OUT LIKE A WET HANKY.
