I haven't yet picked up a copy, but a good friend of mine has this cookbook. I have borrowed a recipe or two, and they were fantastic! I highly recommend it!

There are recipes on the web. try Weber, they make the best gas BBQ.

Jacqueline Belllefontaine has a book out in the Cook shelf range
this is a super book full of ideas.

We cook on the Weber almost every day as it's too hot to cook in the house., we live in southern Spain. There is nothing that can't be cooked if you have a BBQ with a lid.

Just get the grill hot and cook.
