Hmmm...Spaghetti is always quick. A great bread recipe is:
Mix garlic powder or salt with italian seaoning and softened butter. Spread mixture on sliced italian or french bread. Top pieces with parmesan cheese. Broil in oven until lightly browned. For extra flair, add Feta cheese, too before broiling.

Lay 4 boneless skinless chicken breast in greased 13x9 inch pan. Mix a can of cream of mushroom (or any other soup) with a little water. If you have red wine, add that to the soup as well. Pour over chicken. Mix together crushed crutons or dry stuffing mix with grated cheese. Sprinkle on top of chicken. Dot with butter. Bake for about 30-45 minutes at 350.

get some fresh fruits and dark green vegatables. Don't put any stuff on the fruit, but you need some fat to absorb the nutrients in vegatables.
a hand-full of spinach dipped in ranch dressing is pretty good.

It'd be a little easier to make a suggestion if you could add details such as what do you have on hand. A little info on meat & veggies...or whatever you actually have to work with?

order in pizza! it' s a no-brainer, make cokking and cleanup really easy, especially if you use paper plates! The kids if applicable will love it, and you get the chance to try out a new pizza place.
