I am a Chef. I have been cooking for 15 yrs. She has not cooked for 30 yrs. She doesn't understand modren teckniques or styles. So everytime I try do do my job. She tells me to do it her way. Her way has been out dated for 15 yrs and doesn't meet health code. I have tried to explain to her, that things have changed. She still will not let me cook the right and correct way. The quality of my food and my job suffer. I am not pleased with old school Ideals that no longer have a place in the modren kitchen.

I always thought that you put the hamburger and rice in the pepper while the meat and rice were raw. Every recipe that I have found says to cook the meat in a skillet with the onions and stuff then stuff it in the pepper. Is this right? Then if you did it that way would the hamburger still be in balls in the pepper or would it be like a big pile of mush inside. I don't get it. There are recipes that say cook meat and onions add sauce then stuff, to me, if i did it that way would it be a firm ball after cooking or like i said before a big pepper full of mushy hamburger soup. Help me please. Thanks

im growing them in my backyard and they are duplicating every day. i love tomatoes, but not by the millions, so what can make out of them instead of regular salads. im not a cook at all, i barely know how to prepare rice and cook a piece of meat, so any simple idea would be something new to me.
