This is better than any of those people try this
Skin the haddock, place in a pan and barely cover with boiling water.

Bring to the boil, chop the onion and add it. When the haddock is

cooked remove from the liquid and remove all its bones. Return the

bones to the stock and simmer for 1 hour. Flake the fish and set aside.

Strain the stock and bring it back to the boil. In a separate pan boil a

pint of milk and add it, with the flaked fish, to the stock. Bring back to

the boil, add enough mashed potato to thicken the soup and butter,

season with salt & pepper. Bring back to the boil and serve.

Ingredients
1 Haddock
1 onion
0.5 lb mashed potatoes
1 tbsp butter
black pepper

Just look up how to make haggis on the internet and make that. That is a traditional Scots recipe.

i didn't know they had traditional recipes for Scotland ..that a good question when i was in England and visited Scotland the food was so much similar.........I hop you get some good ones as I put you on the watch list.....very curious...

Yeah take balls of goat add salt and pepper to taste saute in Scottish Scotch and voila u got diner!
