I am having a housewarming party. I am trying to think of some great appitizers. Anyone got any ideas?

buy a croissant dough package get sliced ham and cheeses roll in the middle the cheese and ham and cook as directed serve with hot mustard on the side perfect!

Really easy. Grab a round of sourdough, fill it with dip, put all the other pieces on a platter. Make a hummus with parsley oil on top. Get chips. Make Swedish meatballs in the crockpot while you're doing this. Meat and cheese tray with another dip. Crackers. Wash your wine glasses if they're dusty.

Most of this stuff can be done while other things are being done. Then clean up the house, have a beer, and wait for guests!

And remember, people are going to bring some gift like wine!

Sausage Cheese Balls -Jimmy Dean has the best recipe
Crock-pot meatballs - Mix meatballs, 1 large jar of grape jelly and 1 large jar of BBQ sauce cook for at least 6 hrs before serving
Spinach Dip with - veggies or crackers Knorr has the best recipe
Veggie plate and or Deli plate
mini-quiche or egg rolls (Wholesale stores already have them pre-made)
Wings
Pigs in blanket- take hot dog wieners and wrap with crescent rolls and bake til golden brown (serve with mustard)
Cheese and cracker tray

Keep it simple I have held 3 of these for my friends. Make finger food ,tuna, ham and cheese,peanut butter and jelly for kids(mix the jelly and peanut butter together in bowl first,that way no jelly all over floor!) and turkey sandwiches.Vegetable plate with several kinds of dip, maybe some Pigs in a blanket, chips and dips.

Spinach dip:

one block Velvetta mexican cheese (cut up for easier melting), one block of halepeno cheese, one box frozen spinach (thaw & squeeze out excess water), an onion (diced), a tomato (or two - diced). Add all to a microwave proof container. Heat until melted; mix during melting process. Serve with tortilla chips
