I want to try new things however I don't really like veggies. I like meat, potatos, rice, pasta. I'm a carb Queen. The veggies I do like are corn, carrots, cucumbers, spinach and green beans. I hate mushrooms, bell peppers, and tomatos

My husband is already short and short tempered. He was annoyed that I even brought something like that to our home. Now he has consumed some and wants to kill me. He has been doing everything to grow a bit taller.

Lean cuisine used to make a fish florentine that my son loved. He is a picky eater and I'd like to make this for him. Anyone have a good recipe? None I found on the net are creamy...more cheesey.

i always wash all my foods, especially things such as rice, mushrooms, and meats.

And i don't mean just rinsing them under the taps!!!

i cannot understand people who leave the fat on their meats, don't wash the dirt of their veg., or wash the starch out of their rice, am i the only one who does this? or am i not alone??? (please excuse my bad english - had a lass of wine earlier and feeling a little tipsy...)

Thank you all for your answers. x x

Bad Cook here

Have great "Butternut squash soup", and I want to add fresh chunks of butternut squash to the soup ... what do I do ... can I just chop the butternut stuff into squares and then add to soup, or do I need to cook the butternut squash before?

I also want to add fresh butternut squash to my Lean Cuisine - Grill Alfredo meal ... same thing ... cook before adding or just add and cook???

Do I need to cut this thing any special way?

Whenever I make fettuccine, I always end up with some hard noodles because two of them stuck together. I was told that I could prevent this by wetting the noodles first, instead of throwing them into the boiling water dry. It didn't seem to help. Any other suggestions?

i just began growing some baby tomatoes, but the seeds were mixed up with some different type of tomatoes i had no idea of. well months passed and they began to grow and the difference between the two types was showing up. the first one was the regular baby cherry tomatoes and the others was instead tiny, but not round. they looked like tiny one inch pears. and i noticed they only turn yellow, not red. i tried them and they are pretty good, but i keep on asking friends and neighbors what type of tomatoe is this? and no one seems to know.

where is this type of tomatoe from? i live here in italy i can tell it definetly does come from here. are they expensive? any cool facts about them if you know?

thanks!
