I want to try new things however I don't really like veggies. I like meat, potatos, rice, pasta. I'm a carb Queen. The veggies I do like are corn, carrots, cucumbers, spinach and green beans. I hate mushrooms, bell peppers, and tomatos

here's an easy one for a carb queen....baked potato with cheddar cheese & broccoli...or lo mein noodles with meat and the veggies you like.

WOW YOU ARE ALMOST AS PICKY AS ME! YOU CAN MAKE STIR FRY JUST USING THE VEGGIES YOU LIKE,CHICKEN AND PUT IT ON TOP OF RICE. CUT CHICKEN INTO STRIPS AND COOK COMPLETELY. COOK RICE IN A RICE COOKER. THEN IN A WOK FRY VEGETABLES WITH YOUR CHOICE OF SAUCE ,ADD CHICKEN AND STIR AS YOU FRY. THEN AFTER ALL IS COOKED PUT STIR FRY ON TOP OF CHICKEN. YUMMY! ALSO YOU CAN COOK POTATOS IN MILLIONS OF WAYS, I PREFER TO EAT POTATOS WITH BEEF, BUT CAN BE GOOD WITH CHICKEN TOO. PASTA IS SO EASY JUST BOIL THE NOODLES. THEN YOU CAN ADD WHATEVER YOU WANT. GOOD WITH CHICKEN IN AN ALFREO SAUCE WITH BROCCOLI AND CARROTS.
