can I use whatever of both in any recipe. or has to be the specific kind?

It comes out so amazingly tender and sweet when I do that! I make sure its in a closed container so no insects get on it and keep it in the fridge the entire time. Any ideas? I've done it alot and I'm still here, but am I playing with fire?

I would like to know what the brown sauce (served in the small cup or bowl) is these places serve with their prime rib dinners. If you have their recipe for this sauce i would appreciate your sharing it with me.

I'm not going to go around eating red meat all the time, but it ruins lots of meals when I start freaking out about it. I guess I assume I will DEFINITELY get sick if I eat it. The animal actually has to have the disease to make me sick right? LIke, a healthy chicken won't make me sick, it's just a precaution?

I've got about 5 bananas in the fridge, all black as night. I'd say they are about a week old. How long can banana's last in the fridge for the purpose of being mashed up into banana bread before they need to be chucked?

i used some garlic but not the entire - what do i do with the rest? how to store it? how long can i keep it?
PLS NOTE: fresh garlic from italy (purpely-white-greenish) not the usual stuff you buy at the shop whole year around)

I am in need of some advice. I am having a wedding next weekend. We are trying to save money so I think I might make the cake. Does anyone have any ideas? Please don't just go online and pick something. I am really asking for personal experience. Some creative idea for a cake to be served at the reception. Some hit desert you make every now and then. Something you have actually MADE before and it turned out fabulous. What did you do? How can I make it?
