You could get some Chicken Breasts and cook them in a little onion or garlic. Why'll the chicken is goin cook some rice in chicken broth or whatever you have and just what until its done. (Also you can add some water to the broth if your running low) For dessert cut up some strawberrys and blueberrys and top it with vanila ice cream.
