Marriage & Divorce - 19 December 2007

Here is my thing. My husband doesnt like doing a whole lot of socializing w/ me if he gets invited to a cookout or something he doesnt invite me then he says I am stuck up b/c when i do see some of his friends at partys or etc that I dont go up and start conversating with them so he just leaves me by myself doesnt introduce me to anyone unless I walk up to him. I am not a model but I look good I take care of myself and wont leave the house w/ out looking presentable. From a mans perspective why is it that he doesnt like showing me off another words inviting me to go w/ him to be sociable. He makes me feel like he is ashamed of me at times I hope thats not the case please tell me its a man thing. He also wont take me to a place where there will be other women b/c he thinks I will get mad or get jealous. I am pretty easy to get along w/ but if another woman was hitting on him i would have to stick my claws into her.

Do you think that the parent who makes less money should concede custody to the parent who makes more money because they can provide more things for the children and a higher standard of living? What if you love your kids to death but want them to have the highest standard of living possible, one parent is wealthy (high income) and the other just regular (median/low income), what would you do?

me and my man have been together for over 4 years wit hone child together. i need a break badly.
how long did you and your spouse have a break for?
when coming back together did it work out?how long?didi it go back to the same thing like before arguing and stuff?

My husband is usually a very loving man.He's sweet,makes me laugh,shows affecttion,and is a great provider.But lately(and by lately i mean since we've been married,almost 2 years now)he's become increasingly dominant.Every time i confront him about it he gets upset,claiming that i'm always misunderstanding him and that im' mistaking opinions for orders.But if i don't follow his "opinions"he gets upset.It can be something major(like refusing to name our daughter after my grandmother,the woman who raise me,simply b/c he doesn't like the name)or something small(like telling me to go shopping friday instead of thursday,the day i wanted to go,just because he thinks it's a better idead,no other reason.)Please help me.I'm in tears right now and i cant let him see me this way b/c i don't want a confrontation.

there and boasting it will be "their" home. after marriage they built toghether the seconf half of the house with their wedding money. but the house and land was written after his parents. now he doesnt want to give her rights on house. i tell her to leave him in case he doesnt trust her and doesnt consider her a wife but a donnow what. is this a real family based on cheating on and tricks? :(

my husband and i have been together for a total of 6 years and we have a 2 year old daughter. Ever since my daughter was born i have not been in the mood to have sex. Most times i just do it b/c i dont want to lose my huband over it. He is so into making sure that he gets his that he does not even try to please me! i can lay there like a bump on a log and he would not even notice. I have tried to talk to him about it but he does not understand and gets mad. I recently caught my husband cheating on me. We've been married for 10 years so it really hurts. He said that he just did it for fun but didn't really want to hurt me. He said that he'll never do it again but I don't trust him anymore. I have forgiven him but I can't forget what he did. Now, he's complaining that I don't give him any freedom. I wasn't a controlling wife before but now, I'm turning to be one because I'm afraid that he's going to cheat again. This may push him away from me so I need some advise -- what should I do?

Also, he has lots sexual fantasies (i.e. having threesome) and asked me if it's ok. I'm not really cool with it but should I give in just to get that over with? I am thinking that if I'm a participant then I won't feel a lot of resentment towards him and also he will be more open to me. It might be better than him doing it behind my back.

Me and two co-workers were coming back from a buisness trip and stopped in Nashville to eat. The next thing I know we were drinking rum straight out of the bottle and having the time of our lives at a strip club. I dodged my wifes phone calls and finally made it home around 3:00 am. I told her my phone was out of order and we had car trouble. She bought it, hook, line and sinker. I tipped with 5 dollar bills and blew 300.00 dollars. Even if I did get caught, it will still be worth it. I had the best time ever.

so i currently have a 3 month old. the father and i split up back in april. we're just now gettin to go to the attorney general to start the child support. how do we go about the visitation with out having to go to court? and will he get to keep her over night immediatley or do they have a certain age for the babies? i honestly don't think its fair him getting her right away, but just wondering if someone knows the age.

When my husband & I have sex, I can always tell when he has masturbated within the last 10 hours or so. It's just not the same and I feel like I'm getting "leftovers". (Same meaning not as big, hard, etc.) I don't mind him doing it, don't get me wrong, I just wish I could get some without getting the leftovers. I have been VERY happily married for 18 yrs now. however my husband flirts all the time non-stop 24/7. Even our children have called him on it. I will admit i have issue's with this and get VERY jealous towards the woman getting his admiration. Yes I know that i knew this before marrying him. I guess I just assumed he'd stop. My husband and I have been separated since Sept. 30th of '07. He was abusive and I left as soon as I found a way out and I took my two children with me. I have re-connected with my high school sweet heart and we fell in love again. I just found out that he and I will be having a baby. I'm not yet divorced from my husband and he continues to haunt me by saying things like "I'll never give you a divorce" or "You'll have to give me spousal support if you ever get pregnant" or alimony! Our marriage only lasted 18 months and a lawyer I spoke to said no matter what for a marriage that only lasted that long, no one will get alimony. My question is....can he get alimony or spousal support from me just because I'm pregnant with my boyfriend?
