We do what we're both comfortable with.
For example i dont want to share him with another woman, so theres no other women involved.
But we both like dressing up in kinky stuff, so thats ok.

My spouse and I do actively attempt to fulfill each others fantasies. We agreed that we would try what the other person likes and if we like it than that's great and if one person doesn't like it than that's great two but at least we tried it because it was something the other person wanted.

I've always been, shall we say, expressive. I easily verbalize my wants, needs and fantasies. Took my husband kind of off guard early in our relationship, he just wasn't used to that kind of openness. But he got on board PDQ!
