I have this anger that I cannot let go of. No amount of exercise helps. It's not all the time, it's comes and it goes, but when it's there, it's REALLY there. My mom and hubby think that I should get on some medication. I thinking that I probably do, but how is medication going to help the thoughts that are in my head constantly. How is it going to help that I can't even have sex with my husband without thinking that he probably wishes it were her instead of me? Anyone else feel like they were cracking up after the affair?

He has asked for a divorce three times. I have done everything including read every book there is about relationships. He is 61 and has had a devastating blow at work due to restructuring - lesser job and less pay. He has offered all the furniture, etc. "Paying me to leave" means dipping into his retirement which I really struggle with. I've asked for counseling several time but he has never really answered or brought it up. I know I will survive this but I really love him and want to be there for him and with him for the rest of my life. There has been no financial or history misbehavior and the physical aspect of our relationship is there (not right now) but has lacked depth. I feel that there is something else, but not someone else. Any advice?

I learned that my boyfriend had cheated on me. I want to forgive him. I have never truely forgiven anyone for anything (I end up bringing it up again which is not true forgiveness.) I want to put the pain behind so I can move forward. How do you move forward from this and not let it effect giving the best of you love?

I have never been married. Am 36 year old man.
Altogether, I have been with 6 women in attempted unions, none of which lasted very long. The longest lasted 2 years, was complicated, and ended about 15 years ago, and she was 15 years older than me. Most of the others lasted around one year or less.
Honesty has always been very important to me in my approach to personal relationships, as has sexual monogamy while of course still feeling and sharing Love in friendship and altruistic ways with friends and society. Though Ive been lovingly sexually attentive, most of my partners had affairs, often lying about it when I could feel it and asked.

So Im involved with a former partner, who had lied to me as well, and has a long history of many, many partners & leaving out of fear of truly being intimate, open & honestly revealing about truth of what she feels, thinks, is... 3 years later weve reconnected, she has made some major changes in some of her choices & addictions, though I am

once i was going through this bag of my husband's pictures (mostly of me from when we were still dating) and right in the middle of the pics of me was a pic of some other girl...actually i remember seeing the same pic when we were dating but never said anything about it...but 7 years later i find it again, even though it's at his brother's house in canada while we live in the states. he's pakistani and this girl in the pic was african american or maybe even mixed, and i know he doesn't like "dark" girls which i find offensive but anyways...she's standing in a pose that's like she's trying to look sexy and she's wearing a real short skirt. should i confront him about it? 7 years later it still bothers me even though i know he wouldn't cheat on me but makes me wonder if he was dating her before me or something.

My best friend D is going to move-in with a mutual friend T when she gets married. I totally disagree with D doing it. She didn't want to at first, but T convinced her to do it. D is much older than T and I personally think she looks at D as comfort. I find D's so-called not wanting to lame and think she should definitely not do it as the 2 newly weds needs to be alone, get to know each other and find themselves in their new marriage without her being around all the time. I feel she will interfere without really wanting to. D is a wonderful person and would not intentionally do any harm or anything but just the mere fact that they already feel responsibly by inviting her to come live with them proofs the burden she will place on their new marriage. The new couple hasnt been living together and only knows each other a few months- so there is a loooot of getting to know each other, to do. Am I wrong? What is your opinions/experience? Should I speak to my friend D?

If you have a separation agreement in place with your spouse, and you are living separately from you spouse, can you start to date other people? Or, is it considered adultery until you are officially divorced? And, dating other people factor into the spouse's alimony award (specifically, the spouse is awarded more $ for catching the other one committing adultery during the marital separation)?

I thought about making my parents a scrapbook for their 20th anniversary, but I haven't been able to collect enough pictures and things to make one yet.
It's a really special anniversary for them, so I want to do something really nice, but I don't have any ideas. I also don't really have alot of money to spend. Anyone with ideas?
