they just got divorced recently. Her name is on the home property. Now it said on the divorce all property settlement has to be settled in one month. But does that apply to her because her name is on it and is it hers no matter what and she can take half the house when she wants?

When I ask him to do something for the kids he always says "why don't you? I've done more for them than you ever could"

it really hurts 'cause after working all day I think we should SHARE to kids chores.

He didn't chose to stay home, but our son has had some serious health problems and needs 1 of us. I happen to make 2x what he could make. so I do

How do I make him understand that my working all day cancels out his staying home and that when I'm off we need to share. Oh yeah, I also think he should be doing household chores while the kids nap. What so you think?

I'm in an unhappy marriage. I married her a year and half ago. At the time we got married she had two kids: 2 year old and a new born (now a 3 year old and a 17 months old).

Everyday is a constant struggle. There is no happiness left. We fight endlessly. I started having thoughts of leaving few months ago. The more we go in this marriage, the more I realize there is no future.

The only thing that keeps me is that my wife and her two kids are dependent on me. She doesn't work, but she gets $450 a month child support for one of the kids. If I leave, they got no else to support them.

I confessed my feelings to my wife. She's very hurt. She refuses to be rational and rather be emotional about it. She's almost begging for me to stay. I told her that I wouldn't leave before making sure her the kids are ok.

She got a family that used to support her but she doesn't have a healthy relationship with them any more. If I stay I'm miserable. If I leave I'll die of guilt.

I am married and have a neighbor who is very attentive to me. Calls a lot, comes over for various things. Brings me food, he loves to cook, etc. Buys me things sometimes when he goes shopping, cause he says he "thought" about me. He isn't married, but engaged. I have also noticed he puts my husband down a lot, and the other day my husband made a comment that my "boyfriend"called, meaning the neighbor. This bothered me because ive never thought about him that way. Is my husband just seeing something i am not?

After many years of marriage, how does sex still feel good. For example, I always thought that the vagina stretches the more intercourse you have. I don't have kids, but I keep reading about the stress of what kids bring into the marriages. I've been trying to have kids for 5 years and I'm starting to think that it's a blessing because I value kids even more now than those who were able to have kids so easily and find them a burden somehow.

25 yo adult child living at home. Family consists of me, father, and step-mother. They are having marital trouble, and I feel like I'm stuck in the middle. I don't take sides, but honestly, my dad is right 90% of the time. My mother has some personal issues that we have tried to tell her about, but she denies them and says that it is 2 against 1. They've been to counseling, other family members, but she just won't listen. It is hurting my dad and she is pushing me and him away, but she still denies any problem is with her. I'm at the point where I wonder if I move out maybe they'll get closer, but my dad doesn't want me to move out as he says that me being here gives him some peace, an outlet, and someone to talk to.

The more I read on YahooAnswers, the more questions I see pertaining to "He cheated...", "She cheated..." or "I want to cheat..."

Blah, blah, blah. Maybe I'm old fashioned. Maybe because I respect my wife. Maybe I don't want to tarnish my honor. For these and many more reasons, I could never cheat on my wife.

Do I have a perfect marriage? Hell no! My wife is a total pain in the a$$ sometimes. I'm sure, I'm and insensative pr_ck too at times. We argue about kids, money, that I work alot, etc., etc.. Would I ever leave my wife? Hell no! I love her to death.

Heck, I figure we're married, it isn't supposed to be a bed of roses ALL the time. Why would I jeapordize everything my wife does for me just for sex?

My wife might be a pain in my a$$ sometimes, but she's MY pain in the a$$. I may be a total pr_ck sometimes, but I'm completely commited to my wife.

Hi guys, this is a very touchy subject for me to be typing about, but i need advice from peeps that don't know me to see what use would do.
First off to cut a long story short, my sister had been stealing off me, my gran and my uncle, she had been using my credit card and stealing blank cheques from uncle and going into my gran safe and stealing money.
I know what use are thinking well thats fraud and yes it is, but my uncle could not bear turning her in, mean while i went to the police and they where no help, this was 3 years ago all this happened.
She cut herself from the family and i haven't seen her in 3 years, i have been left paying the debt. Just last week my gran passed away and my sister was at her funeral hiding as some of my auntys would of said something. My gran forgave her a year before she died and wanted to see her but my family would not let her,anyway i am back talking to her with my sis again as my gran would want that, my sis has told me that she is expecting

if a women stays in a mentally abusive marrige,then arent any of the consequenses she suffers as a result of it ,her fault
as she is a grown women and we are ultimatly responsible for ourselves,also we cannot blame others for our problems,therefore

My ex husband and I are going thru a custody battle right now with our 4 year old son, 2 year old daughter and our 12 week old daughter that was born 9 months after our divorce. I wasn't faithful to my husband and after our divorce I went a little crazy in the man department for a few months. My attorney seems to think that because of my promiscuity and because my ex is remarried with a great job and a big house that I will loose my kids to him. What do you guys think?

I am so in love with him when I shouldn’t. He's a pretty dysfunctional man. He's a 34 yr old twice divorced man. An alcoholic with 2 DUI's on his record and now working on probation. I'm a 26 yr old never married woman. He cheated several times. We were together for about two years, this last time he cheated it was with a younger 22 year old married girl with two babies (a six month old and an 8 year old). I work at hooters and have had plenty of chances to cheat on him and never once did because I love him and him cheating on me makes me feel like trash.
