My husband left 15 months ago to be with the neighborhood sluut. He now wants to "get his family back" because the kids are suffering. Should I give him a chance? Did you do this and regret it?

I suspect he is hiding something in his cell phone. I hope he isn't but that's just what I think. Why would someone lock their cell phone all the time and be very cautious about it? I had an incident occur where I went through his phone and found a text message to a "female friend". I even had a chit chat with her and she said he was just a friend and she didnt want to even talk to him and she didn't answer his text. Anyways, the point is I hope he isn't hiding other female's phone numbers and do you think he is?

My husband told me that he wants to divorce me... We live in different states... and he is active duty in the Air Force. He let me know that he has no intention of me joining him where he is at. I also cannot get in touch with him. He will not answer my phone calls and has made no attempt to contact me. Therefore I am left in the dark as to what actions he has taken to start this divorce that HE wants. I dont know much about his job.. therefore I am not sure how to contact his chain of command to ensure that he is doing things the right way. I am not expecting him to support me, but we have been married for a month and he has done nothing to aid me. He was the one that wanted to get married, and now he says he isnt willing to work... that he doesnt even want to try. I am left to live with my parents. I refuse to file for the divorce... if he wants it.. he should file and pay for it also. Am I supposed to wait for weeks for him to finally contact me?

My husband and I both use to be social smokers, when we would have drinks was the only time we would smoke. This was a while back. I don't smoke at all now. My husband continued to be a socal smoker and now it has turned into an everyday thing. I've told him how this really bothers me. He says I sound like his mom. And it's going in one ear and out the other. Should i get off his case? He doesn't smoke around our daughter and rarely around me, but, I know he does it everyday and I care about his health! He says everyone is going to die someday. True, but why speed up the process ecspecially if you have a child!!
Any advice on how to handle this or am i overreacting?

I'm going to try to make this short & sweet. His mom has divorced from her husband of 5 yrs. He has been a model stepdad. She is letting him have visitation. ie weekends, picking up from school, ect. My husband is not happy cuz we had to fight for every min spent with my sson.(he's 9) They live 3 hrs away so we haven't had the chance to do as many things as the stepdad will. I told my hubby there's nothing we can do about it as long as we get court ordered visitation. And that basically it's not "fair" but there's nothing we can do unless she or the stepdad are harming in some way. Dang…..so this is why God wants us to keep it in our pants and not divorce!
I would sincerely appreciate some heart felt advice. Thanks!

I am 28, and never had any girlfriend. I have sexual addiction (compulsive musterbation, sexual fantacy thinking).
I don't hope I will find any real sex partner. To recover from my sexual addiction and depression, I decided to practice celibacy. I want to know that, how longtime I have to force myself to stop sexual activity? Will a time come when I have no sexual desire and So I will not have to force myself and will be free from pain?

I hear alot about divorce and how hard it is and how long it takes to get over it. Doesn't anyone feel happier and relieved to be out of a really bad relationship? I'm not advocating divorce, but it just seems that sometimes it IS the best thing that can be done.

Any happily divorced stories to share? Thanks.

We are to get married next spring and what I just found out yesterday was that he is married, and has been for the last 8 years that mean he got married when he was 18 now i dont now where this wife is or if there even still talking to each other or what. What do you think I should do?

1) Confront him talk about it and stay togther

2) Confront him talk about it and break up

3) Confront him beat $hit down his throat and go to jail and then break up with him and then when I get out of jail beat his as$ again and get some of my cousin to help me this time.

What do you think I shold do?

While my husband and I were contemplating divorce, I had an emotional affair. When my husband and I decided to work things out, I told him about the affair.

Recently, the man I had the affair with contacted me and I said, "I wish I hadn't told you anything about my feelings toward you" and he said, "No sweetheart, what you wish is that you didn't tell your husband."

When I asked him what he meant by this, he wouldn't answer, he just chuckled.

Ok, what do you think he meant?

Your child found out the hard way to the point that, he would later developed POST TRUMATIC STRESS, and now get violent every time he sees you, what would you do?

I now have been stripped of my visitation rights and can't see my child without court approval, as a mother that really hurts.

The court order was issued, that informs me I have to abstain form any sexual contact all together for a period of 18 months and has an secretion test done every 2 months that will cost me $40 a month to get done.

The JUDGE (a woman) said I was a misguided woman/mother and view my sexuality as a primary need. I was informed "SHE COULD NOT STOP ME FROM HAVING SEX", but she could prevent, and even throw me in jail, PRESS CHARGES for violating a court order!

I'M GOING TO COMPLY WITH THE ORDER AND ABSTAIN FROM SEX SO I CAN HAVE VISITATION RIGHTS.
Why can't I be a sexual person with multiple partners if I want?

SO LET ME ASK YOU WOULD YOU GIVE THE LIFESTYLE UP TOTALLY FOR YOUR CHILD?

I don't know why, but it infuriates me!! My husband has this "Thing" for kirsten dunst. He says he does these little things to piss me off!! I don't think so. He owns like all her movies and catches interviews and things like that that she is in. He is not obssesive...but if he knows it bothers me that much, why does he pull this crap. I feel like I deal with his BS day in and day out, take care of the kids, clean the house, do wifely duties when I do and when I don't feel like...why in the hell is there another woman on his phone! IT PISSES ME OFF!!

My fiancee and I have been engaged for 3 years. But we have been together for 5 years. I finally started planning the wedding and have started thinking. Right before we were engaged I ran into a child hood friend on vacation with my family and kissed him. I know my fiancee would consider this cheating. And he says that if I ever cheated he would leave me. I don't want to walk into this covanent with this mistruth (my own interpretation of it), at the same time I don't want to loose him. Will I ever forget? He will never find out the gentleman has since passed.

I tried posting this in travel & didn't get many responses. I figure there are other couples that have been that could read this and give advice.

I would like to have a nice anniversary weekend with my husband in mid October in a cabin or hotel or maybe a B&B that is closer to nature in Galinburg but still accessible to some decent restaraunts. I need a package that is budget minded around $350 if possible. A very clean, simple is place is fine. A jacuzzi would be a plus but it's not a neccessity. A comfortable mattress is a must.

The last time we spent most of our time hiking in the park and never even set foot in the touristy junk shops. I am hoping to go back and enjoy some of the fall colors, and relax. I'd prefer reccomendations of some places you have personally stayed in. My husband always is doing nice things for me I want to surprise him with something special this year. He really loves fall scenic views

Our health insurance is asking for verification of the children listed on the policy. My husband has a child from a previous marriage that he has to carry insurance on. The divorce decree has everything correct except one word. It incorrectly stated plaintiff instead of defendant (my husband was def) We called the courts to find out what has to be done for correction, and were told to contact the attorney- the attorney shot himself a few years ago, so we were going to try to contact the ex-wifes attorney, he has been disbarred. Does anyone know of any way to have this corrected? Divorce was final 14 years ago.
