I had a really bad migraine one evening and my husband got all the kids to quiet down. He got me an excedren and turned out our bedroom lights and he rubbed my head with his hand and then kissed my forehead. That was just one of the sweet things the little things to me are the sweetest

not exactly the sweetest, but this made me feel really great.
husband's deployed and i always have to call him and many times we can't talk long b/c he always has to go do something.
usually, though, after that happens for a while then we'll hit a spot when we can really catch up.
well, the other day i caled and he was sleeping, but instead of getting off the phone to go back to sleep he got himself up and said "no, wait, wait...i want to talk to you...i miss you."
at that moment it was just what i needed, b/c even though i UNDERSTAND when he can't talk....it's still hard to hear that your husband has to go all the time.
i get that he's busy, but it still stings that i can't get his attention whenever i want it.
hope that makes sense.
so, just that little attention made me feel really loved:)

My hubby knew that all the proms I had been to had stunk.
I never had a good time at any of them.
So one night when I cam home from work he had brought the prom to me. Had even cooked a before prom dinner and had decorated and even made invites and tickets :)

When my husband and I first got married , he was working in NM and I was in Texas, he called me one thursday and said he was flying me to NM for a weekend, just pack a light bag and come.. It ended being a total SPA weekend, oh wow , manicure, pedicure, body wraps , massages , facial.. hot tub with champaigne.... It was wonderful and he was with me the whole time enjoying his spa weekend tooo...... I LOVE THIS MAN FOREVER
