Are you not ready to marry anyone at this point in your life or are you not ready to marry her?
If you don't think this relationship will ever lead to marriage, then part ways now. She is looking for more than you can give.
If you do want to be with her long term, or think there is that potential, let her know you love her and want a future with her, but you think you are too young, haven't been together long enough, not where you want to be financially... whatever the reason. Just be honest. It really is the best policy.

tell her you are not ready and when you feel ready you will let her know. And don't say that you need time to think about it because then she will be waiting for an answer.

If she can't accept the fact that your not ready don't let her force you. If she is selfish like my ex-girlfriend was then it will probably be the end of your relationship. But better it be over than be legally binding.

Tell her your not ready but be ready and willing to lose her to someone that will. Unless its been less than a year and in that case she needs to relax or leave.

Tell her that you are considering it, but you always pictured your wife doing __________, and you aren't sure you want to get married to someone who wasn't willing to be that. Fill in the blank with whatever your heart desires. If she's willing to do it, then consider it. Consider it a good, long while. Daily oral might be a start.
