Yes, if you believe that your wife should have love. If you were giving your wife the love she should have, how would that look different from what you're doing now? Make a list -- write out what "the love she should have" means in practical terms. Then, start doing those things. Date her. Woo her. Romance her. Tell her you love her out of the blue. Hold her hand. Kiss her good-bye and hello. Make love with her like you think she's the most desireable woman in the world. Do what you believe she would want.

This will have two effects. First, your wife's attitude toward you will change. She will get happier, and more confident, causing her to begin to show more love toward you, in a reciprocal fashion. This, in turn, will make you feel more love toward her, both because a happy woman is naturally more beautiful and because the attention she shows you will make you feel good. Second, it is a well-known psychological principle that "attitude follows behavior". In other words, if you behave in a certain way long enough, your feelings will change to match what you're doing. Acting as though you are in love with your wife will help you along the way toward actually falling in love with her.

This answer is with the presumption that there's a spiritual side to your lives. Read the Song of Songs (Song of Solomon) to each other. Even if you're not spiritually inclined, this book of the Bible is very erotic in the context of sexual arrousal. For an example, refer to Ch. 2, verse 3 & Ch. 4, verse 16.
