My 9 year old stepson has multiple disabilities--severe retardation, cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, non-verbal. He is however, able to walk, laugh & smile. He is LOUD (squawking, shrieking, squealing), chews his hands constantly, licks just about everything and smears saliva on every object he eventually touches. It's repulsive to watch him being fed---he spreads food and drink all over his face, hair, etc. He takes crushed medication with each meal and typically doesn't chew or swallow foods very quickly ---lots of "seafood" going on. His presence in our house---when visiting (he lives primarily with his mom) causes me to be edgy and irritable. It's grotesque. I'm sorry that the truth is so blunt, but it's true. My husband wipes his face and hands with the kitchen towels and cloths. I hide clean cloths that I feel I can use because the thought of sharing his germ-infested items is revolting. His shrieking is so unnerving-- it feels like nails on a chalk board. It's hard to accept.

Why is Japan's birth rate declining? I read this in my monthly "Chatelaine" magazine.

"Forty percent of 16-49 year olds haven't had sex in the past month (Could that explain the country's declining birth rate?)"

So if I wanted to marry a Japanese man and live in Japan, would that mean that I would have a "once-a-month sex life" or less?

I am black and I have been dating this girl for about 5 years. We both have good secure jobs and I wanna marry her. My mother doesn't know about us but mom always told me never to date white because I could get hurt. And my grandmother says I should never date white and if she is blonde/blue eyes I am sure I will die. Well she is bright blonde and she has Ice blue eyes.

My mother is catching on to us because I slipped up and said something. Her parents don't know either.

Mom is just really defensive I think and just doesn't want me to get hurt(I won't). She doesn't oppose them but she always tell me to take the safest path.

Dad doesn't care.

I love her not because she is white but because she stole my heart.

I am about to propose to her and I just wanted someone to tell me experieneces.

I baby my man, I tell him I love him and miss him alot. I do his laundry and clean house, I cook for him and I remind him of things and I wake him up in the morning, and I satisfy his every desire in the bedroom. I give him massages. I do all these things because I love him not because I suck up to him. what else can I do to make him realize Im the 1 for him. he already thinks that were meant for eachother. and he does all the same for me 2. he caters 2 me 2 and takes me out. but how/what should I do to make him go insane about me and know he'll never find another woman like me. we want to marry soon and have kids soon too. we absolutely adore eachother. wht do men desire from a woman even outside of the bedroom? what makes an ultamate lover/wife/mother??

please answer only if you haveFOUR PLUS bedrooms in your home. Do you clean the house yourself? Also, do you work full time, too?

And if you do work full time, and clean the house, is it because you don't want a maid, can't afford it, or the reason, please.

Men. I am constantly reading about men in love with "the other woman" but are too afraid to leave because they might lose everything. If that's true, why are things more important than being with someone you truly love? Why can't you get more "things?"

I've been married for 18 years. We have five great kids, a nice house, stable income, etc. Yet, lately I've gotten the feeling that this is all about him. I've been so busy being super mom, staying up late bartending and then doing homework during the day all the way up until last year when our youngest entered kindergarten. Now I'm back at work, and I'm still doing all the sacrificing when it comes to schedules, chores, bills and errands. On top of this I have a serious health condition that could kill me with too much stress (neck surgery related). The kids have been great helping out, but the hubby...not so much. He just went and signed up for two football leagues again this fall and hasn't touched the laundry in weeks. I'm not the arguing type and I've enabled him in much of his behavior, but it's time to stop. I've asked for help, but he's taken the "as little as I can to get by" approach. Any suggestions?

After being married for 5 years, together 7, I must admit that I've lost that loving feeling a few months after marrying my husband. He said some mean things to me and ever since then the love I had slipped away little by little. We have different interests; I like the outdoors and I'm an active person, but he would rather play World of Warcraft all day long. When I ask him to do something with me such as hiking or canoeing, he would get all upset and we get into the biggest fights. I can't see myself playing WoW all day or even for just an hour a week either.

That's not the only problem. I just don't have any attraction towards my husband anymore, but I would hate to be labeled as a divorcee. I'm only 30, should I walk out now if I'm not happy?

have a friend who is with a married man and has been for over a year. The guy claims that he is going to leave his wife however about 2 month's ago he bought a house and truck with his WIFE. I keep telling her that he will never leave her because he has to much to lose. About a week ago this same guy hit on and tried to take things further I 1st and foremost told him no because he is married and my bff is his girlfriend also. So what my question is......Is this guy really in love with my friend for is he just using her for sex? Can he really love her and go home to his wife everynight and then hit on me?

My husband was extremely verbally abusive, mentally abusive, and sometimes physically abusive. I am a pretty 5'8 125 pounds latina woman and today I asked him for a divorce because I found condoms in his shoes and that was the last of what I am willing to accept. Although, I am not looking for another relationship I am wondering if what he said is true. He said that no guy out there is going to want me because I am 37 years old and been married twice. Is this true? First marriage we were both too young. I don't have any children. Yes, my husband has done a lot of damage, but will I be labeled the scarlett letter? Be honest if my husband is right about no one ever wanting me.

I am very extremely curious about this! What kind woman or girl is she? To go out with a Married Man, either for sexual fun [OR] just plain dating only!! I don't get it! But!!! Since my wife DOES NOT like to go out with me DANCING, SHOOTING SOME POOL, CLUBBING, RIDING THE KAMIKAZE CARNIVAL RIDES, DRINKING, BAR HOPPING, TO THE MOVIES, BOWLING, HIKING, ROCK CLIMBING, PARACHUTING, Big Parties, Halloween Costume Parties, New Years Parties, etc, etc. [One of each, at least once a year] I wouldn't mind dating a much super high energy woman/girl-someone who can keep up with me at times. I am NOT a grumpy, old fashion, old gizzard, old fart, couch potato, at home tiresome man. I am 40 and I still enjoy having super blasting good good times more than a 18 yr old teenager guy.

We were both 22 he was a virgin I had two children already, he is from Africa but been here since he was 6, no one in his family attended our wedding because they were under the influence that are marriage was fake, his sister ,his mom and brother ,uncles all act so nice to me in person but talk so bad about me behind my back. In the beginning of our relationship I even caught my husband numerous times the first three years of our marriage talking down about me to his family and friends. We now have two kids together ourselves, I am depressed because I don't feel he loves me sometimes though he says he just doesn't know how to express his feelings. When I tell him I am sad and thinking of leaving he tells me he has more things to be sad about, he tell me his parents and family talk down to him because of me, and he feels like its us against them, he tells me he is sorry for talking about me to them in the beggining of our marriage that it was a mistake, should I TRUST HIM?

My husband and I of 6 years cannot seem to agree on what kind of house to look for. I want to live on a hobby farm without neighbors/farther from town and he is wanting to live closer to town with a smaller "hobby farm". When we look at real estate listings we have very different opinions on what we each think is a good place. He doesn't like my decorating style either, which to me seems so trivial. How can we get past this roadblock and agree on a house together?

I'm a newlywed (5 months married). 1st marriage for both. Found out my husband registered on a site designed to find other people who live nearby and want to have sex. He says he was working, saw semi-naked women on a pop up & looked further. When he clicked to see more, the site said he had to register, so he did. That's it, he says. No intent to cheat. My husband likes sex. A lot. Not a surprise to me. Looking at porn once in a while MAYBE wouldn't bother me (but probably would - why lie?), but actually registering for a site specifically for finding people to have sex with screams CHEATER to me. Any other opinions are really welcome - I want some other points of view before I walk out of my marriage with my daughter, who adores her daddy. Advice? Thanks!

In 1987 I opened a policy on ex. He never paid for the policy, I tried to cash it in when the kids were 18. I was told there was no cash value. So I kept paying on it, because I spent so much on it all ready. He never paid a dime on it. It's my policy and I'm beneficiary. He had many bills outstanding. Am I reponsible to pay them. Can they use my policy to pay .
