It shouldn't be so hard. When you know the person is terrible for you, and feels nothing when they watch you suffer at their own hand, why is it still so hard to get over them??? He claims he still loves me and would do anything in the world for me for us to stay together (if I place our unborn daughter for adoption) and sometimes all I want is to feel happy again so I almost consider obliging...but then I have a reality check and remember why he's not a stand up person and not the pesron I'm meant to be with. Why is it still so damn heartbreaking, and how do I make the hurt go away?????????

We registered our marriage 3+ years ago & have not gone through the traditional ceremony. We have bought a place & stay over the weekends only. He is non-committal about the relationship & does not want to comment when we should hold the traditional ceremony (dinner, church etc). I feel confused and sad - I have done my utmost and given my best in the relationship but he doens't seem to care much abt me or us nor want to talk about it. I have tried talking but he is simply not interested. Can someone please advise me my options-annullment or divorce? I feel very unjustified if I have to go through a 3 year divorce due to his non-commitment and behaiour.

We've gone through a lot and I believe our relationship is in complete disrepair.
I have done somethings in the past that make her question my love & loyalty to her. I haven't been unfaithful but I've lied about trivial things that I thought she would get upset about but she found them & it has created a mess. She claims the only reason she got mad was that I lied & hid things from her and now shes left questioning everything.
About 8 mo ago she told me she needed more than just the routine ILU's and XOXO to make her feel secure. I feel as though I shouldn't be the only one giving but she claims her kissing me wouldn't give her security.
Things have since gotten worse. In the past 4 mo We've told each other we love each other once, kissed once, & had sex once. She's always pissed at me, no longer wants to do anything with me, sleeps on the couch and now I find her after we go to bed on the kitchen floor crying. She told me to go to a hell and she left to take a walk. IDK what 2do.

the other day, my daughter and her boyfriend got into a fight and he choked her, she calls me and tells me what happened, I immediately call the police to ask for assistance and sped home. He was arrested for assaulting her and she now blames me for ruining her life. BTW, she's 5 mos pregnant. They've had a volatile relationship from the beginning. All I was doing was acting on information she provided to me and protecting my child. Was I wrong?

Does this mean that he wants to get married?Should I be carefull?
I'm torn. I have been dating this man for about two months now.Lately he has been telling me that he wants me to go to Arizona in November to meet his family,friends,everyone.H... and I live here in California and he wants to move to New York with him next year.He asked me last weekend if I can have children.I'm a little hesitant because he has a really BADDD temper. He got mad at me and punched the wall.We went on an outing to the park. I told him that I needed to go to the bathroom. When I got back from the bathroom he showed me his camera. He had followed me and took pictures of me as I went to the bathroom aal the way until I went inside.I remember stopping to talk to a lady about her dog,he took pictures of that too.Am I jumping to conclusions or should I be carefull?

I recently told my wife I want a divorce. But now i am really confused about what I want. We are both in our early 40's married for 10 years and together for about 20. I just feel like our love is gone. We don't really fight too much but I just feel like we don't communicate. We never had children and I really want to have a family. She isn't able to have children and has had several miscarriges the most recent about a year ago. After the last miscarriage I suggested adoption but she said she wasn't ready yet. I just feel like we want different things in life. But the thought of begin without her is eating me up inside. I think of all the things we have been through and how she always stayed by my side even when I was mixed up when we were younger. I just don't know if it is worth it anymore.

Recently I have lost the urge to be intimate. Don't get me wrong, being with my hubby is great, but lately I have just not been in the mood. I feel really tired and stressed. There's times where he makes advances and I just don't want to. Is this normal or am I losing my sexuality?

got divorced just over 2 years ago, started proceedings for access to my child, mother moves house.
i started searching everywhere for her to see my child but couldnt find her.
2 years later phoned post office where she used to live and they told me she had died.shocked to say the least, where is my daughter.
remembered one of her friends names and contacted her she gave me details of where she is now, with tel no and address.
phoned and my ex wife's step brother answered and says he is looking after her, and does not want me to see her for a 2 years.
phoned him back next day and played nice, asking why he didnt phone me in 2 years to tell me about the circumstance and to pick up my daughter,he said he is in will as guardian.
then asked aout the grandmother who i knew was living with him and he said she is fine and promptly ended the conversation.found out the next day the grandmother had died a year ago and he had lied.went to pick her up + was almost arrested.what should i do?

My ten month old bit my husband on the back of the leg, so my (POS) husband flipped him over and slapped him on the leg. It left a hand print where you could see where all of his fingers were, and little welts in between the finger marks. It was red for about 15-20 minutes. I was so mad, I yelled at him, he called me a ***** so I smacked him on the mouth and he slapped me so hard my ear was ringing. I'm not worried about me, but I took pictures of my sons leg, and I wanted to know if this was punishable by law. I'm not about to let this crap happen again. He's just a baby for God's sake! I know this is a crappy place to come for something like this, but I don't really want to talk to anyone about it because they'd come over and kill him. I don't want all of that drama right now. What should I do?

Me and my wife have been married for 4 years and have a 5 year old kid. i didnt want a kid but married her because of the child. i became verbally abusive (textbook case) to her over the years and we have been on a love rollercoaster ever since. Finally after 4-5 years she had enough and mentally seperated herself from me and cheated on me with the same random guy twice. I did some soul searching and found that i had really been screwing up as a husband spilled my guts to her because i did love her deep down inside. she agreed to give it one last try and things have been going alot better the last few months but i still cant get over the fact she cheated on me while we were still married and i think about it every day, should i just leave and spare myself the heartache or will it get better.

With all the problems and cheating on his part i dont know how i feel anymore. A couple of days ago i was hanging out with some friends and i found myself really attracted to somebody else which is new for me. He doesnt know who i am and i dont know too much about him except he dated one of my friends for like a week and then she cheated on him. I have his number and i am tempted to call but i am married. What the hell is happening to me?

For ten years, I have put up with my very good looking husband enjoy too much attention from women. He claims he cannot help how the women act. I say, there have been too many occasions that add up to my suspecting that he asks for all of the attention. Women will do anything for him - help him get jobs, write college essays (years ago), etc. He just marvels and lets them. He claims he is not a flirt, but he does get people - kids, men, women, anyone - to be very close to him very quickly. People feel very comfortable with him because of his personality. I am tired of being suspicious and jealous. I have stayed this last year for the kids. I am suffering because of being married to him too much. I am not too bad looking, either - but I would love to be with an unattractive man who worships the ground I walk on - not other women worshipping the ground my husband walks on. My husband claims I'm a jealous freak - I think he needs to pull in the reins.

you think the significant other is the love of your life. But it is somewhat onesided. He/she loves you a lot, but they treat you terrible. This is a person that you can revolve your life around but it is undr their control. You can definitely get treated better by someone else, but this is the first person you have ever loved, (in 45 years). Question is, do you stay and get treated not so good but you are in love, or do you leave and find a person that treats you great but you are not in love with. Thanks for your help
