my husband and i married 4 years hes controlling mean nasty and claims to have my best interests @ heart says he loves me but has cheated alot my kids and family dont like him, ive left him several times but i cant stand him anymore i feel like im not giving him enuff chances or whatever but i know i dont love him i just want away from him i cant have friends im not allowed to watch certain tv shows and i have to go to bed at the same time he does or i hear b*tching for days on end on how im a bad wife and i dont do my WIFELY duites for him he always puts me down and i just take it most of the time it doesnt do any good to stand up against him thank god he hasnt laid a hand on me but any advice would be greatly appreciated i work in a very hot environment every day and come home to pick up his dirty clothes strung from the front door to the bedroom then cook then do the wifey thing plz should i leave or is this what we r suppose to put up with?

My bf who is separated from his wife and going thru a divorce to legalize their separation, just found out that his wife is sick and may have cancer. Now I feel like he feels guilty leaving her and he would offer to take care of her (they have a child together). What happens to me now? He said he may take care of her, but it's me he loves. Sounds like a lot of bull, but I do believe he loves me, he just cannot get out of the situation.

I recently filed a motion against my ex to get summertime visitation as well as 2 nights a week, every other weekend and 2 weeks of vacation time. What is the likelihood that I will receive all of this? If it is not likely, how much time is likely? I live in NJ.

I'm in Arizona and got married in Feb. We bought the license to marry. Since we were already at the courthouse we just married right there and then.

Are these reasons adequate for filing a divorce or requesting an annulment:

1) Husband is a chronic gambler.
2) He is unemployed and does not help pay the bills.
3) Threatened to attack wife with kitchen knife.
4) Takes control of his wife's car after his own has been recalled for late payments.
5) Borrowed a $100,000 loan based on forging wife's signature for a joint agreement with the bank.
6) Frequent disputes between the couple; a clear indication of incompatibility.

The wife is supporting the entire family including her husband with only one job. Since he is such a useless bum, how can she get rid of him?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

I now this guy, I use to pick on him and tease him. He really liked me so he would blow it off. We when out a couple of times but it would always end fast, we would fight just to fight.I haden't talked to him in about 6 months, we got talking did the break up thing once more, then he said he loved me and wants to marry me, we have been together for almost 2 months but have known each other for 6 years. We are still in High school and he wants to ask me to marry him next year. I still think I am to young, I am 18. Would Marrying him be a back thing????

My better half is not nearly as much as I am...but she tells me she needs time to 'come around' and I will wait as long as it takes!
However frustrating it may be that she isn't as much into kink as I am, I respect the fact she is not. Is it ok to express my ideas and desires to her anyway?- sofar she hasn't said to stop.

My wife and I are going through a divorce but it's the 1st stage. I was asked to vacate my home by Friday 5pm.=, because my wife lawyer said they have potentiasl buyers(Lie they just wanted me OUT) I have no money or anything. The only thing i can do is stay with friends. I'm not taking anything becuse the judge only gave me three days. I don't have the funds nor can I get an apartment. All I'm just taking r my clothes, however the pets are still in the house. i have no place for the pets. I do not want her taking them to a shelter. Their like family to us. It would hurt me to know that she gave them away. Can anything be done.

We have been married almost 7 years. We have survived some major bumps in the road. I feel as if we have a really good connection..but it is so deep down and unatainable. We have spent so much time arguing over who's turn it is to talk and whatever else, the real problem is never even gets talked about. It's all about money, who's talking over who,whos fault is what, who does the most in the marriage and so on. It feels as if everything we say is completely opposite. I want to talk to him so bad and tell him what I feel, but it turns into him telling me why it's my fault and why he is the "victim". He tries to compete with everything I say and it is set in stone that he is right..always. Even through all of this we are crazy about each other and our kids. We def. need therapy but he would never go..and financially it is impossible. If this must be something we have to work at alone...just where do we begin? Please any advice? I feel as if I am about to give up and throw it all away...

well ever since me and the wife started talking again(after a loooooooooong time) she has been having me go to fruity little musicals that are supposed to "strengthen our marriage" I can't take it anymore, I swear to god if I see another gay guy prancing around in tights I am going to grab my pistol and shoot myself in the head!!! now I love my wife but I am not going to another musical, flat out!! three months ago I met this guy off an internet dating service and really hit it off right off the start, but then it seemed that he kinna pulled away from me and I wasn't sure if it was all in my head or if he really just wasn't into me or busy...he has two kids which he has thurs to sat afternoon and works in sales, so he's away alot anyways. I know he was married inthe past and 4 years ago his ex cheated on him. I kinna said to him that I didn't know if he was really into me and if he even had the time for me, but he said that he wanted to make time for me. I then went away on vacation for about three weeks after seeing him sporadically for a month and when I came back I noticed that he had been on the same internet dating service (he denied it at first) I basicaly told him that if he's interested in me that i just wasn't into seeing someone who had to chat with other women. We have really hit it off now, but I'm scared to get close and I sense that he is too...am I paranoid?

I am currently going thru a divorce. My husband and I split because he was always gone in the marriage and my dumb butt cheated, which I completely regret! I am now in a relationship with a great guy and my soon to be ex is dating other woman but for some reason we cant stop thinking about each other.

He tells me that he misses me and we always talk about the great times we had with our children and the times we had when we were together. He was my partner in crime and we worked very well as a team, but for some reason greed pushed us off track.

What does this mean? Does it mean that I should try to work it out with him? I have changed for the better and he promises to change his old stubborn ways but I am scared to let go of my current relationship and work on my marriage. I am scared that he says he will change but doesnt. What do you think I should do?

In March I moved to a new state. I'm have no one here but my husband and my children. He is in the Army, so we must go where they send us. We have had problems in the past over his daughter and his ex-wife. We also have had problems in the past caused by him hiding things, lieing to me, and sneaking around behind my back. He has not ever cheated on me that I know of and swears he hasn't. The problem is... he is still lieing to me about stupid **** and lies to me about little things. To make matters worse, his daughter is living with us while her mother is in Iraq. her mother has "brain washed" her into believing that my husband does not love her because of me and my children. His daughter believes this even though she lives here. She doesn't listen to me or my older children when we try to help her at sports or school studies. She things $$ is love and we don't have it to spend like her mother does. I almost left my husband a week ago because of all of this. HELP

ok so my brother is homosexual and likes others of the same sex. My hubby obviously is not. My brother told me that he likes my husband. Now he is hitting on him and everything. My husband and i banned him from the house for a month before but he keeps coming back, my bro leaned in to kiss my hubby and my hubby pushed him away and told him to get a life. He slapped my husband's butt and growls at him. He tells him to stop and talks to him about how he is uncomfortable. What should we do?
