ok so my brother is homosexual and likes others of the same sex. My hubby obviously is not. My brother told me that he likes my husband. Now he is hitting on him and everything. My husband and i banned him from the house for a month before but he keeps coming back, my bro leaned in to kiss my hubby and my hubby pushed him away and told him to get a life. He slapped my husband's butt and growls at him. He tells him to stop and talks to him about how he is uncomfortable. What should we do? We have twin girls and I am preggo with triplets, and even though they are not even a year old, I don't want him to act like this in my home and around my children. He also leaves messages at the house that are sexually obscene, I don't appreciate it and he knows it? How do we get him to stay away from us.

You tell your brother that he's taking the p!ss - you're putting him up in your house free of charge and he's got the cheek to argue with the person who is supporting him financially (your hubby)?! Tell him that he shows some gratitude and closes his mouth or your hubby isn't going to put a roof over his head any longer. I'm surprised your man hasn't walked out to be honest - never mind you. Bottom line is that the person who pays the way should get some respect. If your brother doesn't like that, no one is making him take your brother's money and hospitality. Time for some tough love. Teach him some important life lessons.

Wow........... when I read the headline I figured this was a fake troll question. Yikes!
Your brother seems to me that he is enjoying the attention that he's getting by going after your husband. As long as he can get a reaction out of you both, he'll just keep doing it. Its not a gay thing... but he isn't much of a man if he is doing this just for kicks, you know? He's like a spoiled child.
If you can ignore him... which it doesn't sound like you can... I would suggest a restraining order might be a very loud message to him that he needs to calm his a** down. Definetly you will need to tell your family about what's going on so they don't invite him to family functions where you are going to be.
Your husband has shown remarkable restraint in not beating the crap out of your brother... but even the best of us get pissed off at times. For both your sakes, do something to cut your brother off soon... before its an unhappy ending for all concerned.

There is either something going on here you don't know about, or your brothers completely lack of respect for your family and your home is amazing. First have a serious talk with your husband to eliminate the 1st possibility. Then lock your doors, change your phone number, tell friends and family to not give it to your brother or they won't get it again. And if necessary take out a restraining order on your brother.

Why not contact your local courthouse about obtaining a peace order against your brother? You need to do something or this will end up with a bad ending.
Your brother shouldn't be flirting with your hubby...especially if he is not into that. You need to make it perfectly clear that he is not invited to your home any longer and any additional contact, visits will result in the police being called.

Tell him that if he does not clean up his behavior (the hitting on your husband, knowing full well he is straight, the obscene phone calls) then you will not only ban him, but if he continues, you will have a restraining order put on him. None of my gay friends would EVER act like that. He is a disgrace to any gay person.

Your husband needs to speak up against his behavior. If that doesn't work. Get a restraining order against your brother and he will not be aloud to go near your home. Don't bring him ever into the home because you will teach your kids that it is okay to behave like that. Not a good example for them.
Your husband is the man of the house and he should do the talking to him, otherwise your husband needs to have him arrested or put out, period. Let him know that he is no longer welcome to the home.

Tell him he is no longer welcome in your house or around his nieces and nephews. If he shows up again have your husband beat his ***. Then go and get a restraining order.
This is sexual harrassment and even assualt. Even though it is not through work.
Your brother is sick. I don;t mean because he is a homo, but because he won't respect you and your husbands wishes.
The next time he comes around take a baseball bat to his head and call the cops.

Seriously, if this were a woman hitting on your husband what would you do? If it were me I'd tell them to knock it off or the next call I made would be to the cops. He probably thinks that since he is your brother you won't call the cops.

Are you kidding? It's YOUR house, YOUR family. Make it perfectly clear to your bro, that his behavior will not be tolerated in your home. He has no right to be in your home without your permission, and with such actions in front of your children. If he's unable to be a moral adult, then a restraining order is necessary. End of story.
