That is something you should be discussing with your spouse... Try to start talking to each other. Schedule dates to spend time as a couple having fun again. Try to remember to compliment your wife on the way she looks ( we all need the encouragement ) . I am guessing her body has changed after having two kids, and she isn't comfortable with those changes. Start working out together ( it sure helped my body image and my relationship, after I had my child ). You also might want to surprise her with a picnic or a candle lit dinner at home, when kids are not around. In short, get creative! It isn't easy, but it could be done. As all most important things in our life, marriage deserves a serious effort to keep things working well. Good luck!

This may sound totally dominted, but try imagining she dies in a car wreck on the way home. Go through the WHOLE process in your head...from the hospital ER to her funeral. It may choke you up and give you a little different perspective. That perspective is that the girl you fell in love with and got butterflies for 9 1/2 yrs ago, is still there she never left. On the same level, so is the guy she started telling her mom and friends about!! We let routine and the "norm" control our lives and one day you wake up and go what the hell have I been doing? Don't let what's "supposed" to be dictate what you do. Tilt your head to the side every now and then and see things in a different way.

yes it happens, you have to be able to MISS the other person. Go to the gym, take the kids out for the night alone, have a guys night out. I have been married 4 yrs and still have those butterflies, I feel like If I loved him anymore It might bust and kill me! I just love and adore my husband so much, I would do almost anything for him or my marriage and thats the point you have to be at to have a great marriage with butterflies.

spend time together!help each other realize what made you fall in love. this is not uncommon especially when you have kids. talk, ask questions get to know each other better. Remember people grow and change, and also remember its not just being physically intamint!
