The G-spot is located about 2 inches up, toward the front of the vagina, behind the pubic bone. The best way to stimulate it (once you've found it) would be to use two fingers, curled forward in a "come hither" motion. You can also use a dildo or vibrator made for this purpose, as they make "G-Spot" vibrators, but fingers are more sensitive and able to find the spot better than inanimate objects.
Generally speaking, most men's tongues are not long enough to find the G-Spot. Even if long enough, they wouldn't be strong enough to stimulate it for enough time to do any good. Sorry, guys! Clean, well-groomed fingers work best for this one, but you can use your tongue for additional clitoral stimulation.

All women are different but what works for me is on my back, my legs up over my head or over his shoulders. Gets me every time.
