His house? If you are married, it belongs to both of you. Tell him you will move to a different bedroom but that's as far as your willing to go. If he feels you can't live together, don't let the door hit 'em where the good Lord split 'em.

Here in California by law you are LEGALLY ENTITLED to live in your home if you are married, even if it is his separate property house...as long as you are married that is your house too. Call your police departments (non emergency) to ask..

If you are married, you do not have to leave your home. He can't force you out if you want to stay. But...why would you stay with a man who is kicking you out? Go to your nearest abuse shelter and talk to the professionals about this.
