i know some dont like your inlaws, and you try so hard to be nice ect.... YOU DID NOT MARRY YOUR INLAWS.me and my husband deal with our families seperate and we do not involve eachother with our families issues, and it works out great...im not saying stay away from your inlaws, im saying to dont get involved and dont discuss your marriage issues with them, it only causes more problems, the reason i said you did not marry your inlaws is because if you feel they dont like you, your mate does, and thats all that matters, my mom always says you say more with your mouth shut, than you do when you open it.you married your mate, you 2 are your own family, i pray for all you married couples and hope your marriages flourish.

i dont understand what i did wrong???? i feel like such a booty call! i loved him unconditionaly for almost 3 years now, i'd write him love letters and leave little chocolates on his uniform's! (oh did i mention he's a marine!) well anyways he's been fighting with me over the stupidest stuff for the last 7 months and then he goes to his moms house (she doesn't really like me) calls me up and desided he doesn;t know if he loves me or not any more and tells me "you know we could just get an annulment and act like this never happened" i was crushed and then he says he never saw himself with me forever and only married me because of our 17 month old baby girl! then goes "oh well the food is here, i gotta go, bye" and hangs up on me while i'm crying my eye's out on the phone! i need some real advise. please someone help me!

I asked a question previously (last one). The answers have caused me some concern.

A few weeks ago it was a nice sunny day and I took my little daughter to the supermarket with me (shes 2... very sweet).. Anyway as I am walking past the tills I saw a woman (i'd say about 22) she really turned heads, (guys were getting proded and scowled at by their partners). What she was wearing was pretty revealling.

Anyway I stop myself staring and go about my shopping anyway she keeps popping up.. I think its just me subconsciously stumbling on her so I try to ignore her. Anyway I am trying to decide what razor blades to get (always a headache) when she appears and slides right in front of me to look at mens razors too? Her butt is basically right in my crotch. I backed off and she turned around and starts chatting saying my girl is gorgeous and asking wheres her mum etc. I basically fobbed her off cos I am dumb and fought she was rude for pushing in..

I told my wife about it.....mistake?

Okay on the 4th of July, I found out that my husband had been "talking" to another women that works in the same area as he does.... Of course he says that nothing is going on, and because I have 2 uncles, a cousin, and a brother that work with him, I beleve that there was nothing sexual going on Y.E.T. I also beleive that there is more to cheating then just sex. So when he got home I confronted him (I also called the girl) and he informs that he is unhappy, bla bla bla, and I control him (The only rule that I have as a wife is that he not do or go anywhere that he would not approve of me being or going) So for the last few days we have been trying to put things back to normal. I am haveing a hard time doing this because I know that if he wasn't cheating, he probaly would have. I need some advice on how to move past this, and put the spark back into our lifes. This is the first time I've had reason to doubt him. We have been married 5 years.

I met this guy online, sounds crazy but i started to fall in love with him. 3 months of seeing each other he told me he was leaving the city to work for 10 days, he didnt come back, My parents were concerned abt me (b/c they arranged my 1st marriage and helped me out of it)to my surprise i found out from the place where he worked that he left work & city permanantly. I confronted him and he was crying and said he was sorry and what not.
Though we were still in contact thru the phone
i found out 2 months l8r he was seeing another woman, I talked to her & She told me they were engaged and he moved to that city for her, he met her parents, though he refused to see my parents. I confronted him and he said he was leaving her b/c he loved me, i gave another chance when he moved back to the city i was in and 3 mnths l8r found out he ws seeing another grl. he said he would kill himself if i left him, i married him and dont trust him still aftr 2 mnth of marriage. p.s he has no immigration :(

My bf and I have been living together for 2 1/2 years. But, we are the total opposite in the way we like our place to look. Meaning, I'm a total neat freak, & he's a total slob. Well, it use to be like this, but we've somewhat found a middle ground. However, every once in a while, he goes back to his old ways. And, it's nasty! He'll leave sweaty gym clothes on the floor, next to the kitchen. He'll cook a meal and leave dishes and food (which will dry and harden on to the stove, and sink) everywhere, etc. Basically, it looks like a tornado hit our apartment. The thing that upsets me and TURNS me off is that it's out of pure laziness. He works 30 hrs a week, if that. Whereas I work 50 hrs a week. I'm really starting to feel unappreciated, especially after his car got broken into the other day, (when he was at work) and I had to clean the mess up, & get the situation resolved. I guess my question is, how do I tell him this w/o him getting offended or ME drifting away from our relationship

Do I have to go back to court? Is it so expensive that I'm better off just paying for all 3 kids, even though only 2 are under 18?

My son is 2 months old and I played "housewife" for the past 2 years. I haven't worked for over a year and my son's father and I are splitting up. We're not married. I can't get enough milk pumped to last for any lengthy periods of time because he eats every bit of it. Now I have to find a job that supports us both on our own and I don't want to have to wean him to formula. What should I do?

What is the process of getting divorce for NRIs. My wife and I are both in the US (on H1B/H4) and living separately. She plans to settle in US while I don't. We both consent to end this relation without any obligation from each other.
1) Will a divorce granted by a US court be acceptable in India?
2) If not then what is the process to get a mutually agreed divorce?
3) Can a legal agreement between us stating something like that we both intend to live separately without any obligation/responsibility of any kind towards each other, be acceptable for getting a quick divorce in India?

My ex-husband thinks that it would be in all of our (he, our 15 year old daughter, and I) to get back together.

I am not so sure of this because of the following reasons:

He will probably control who/ when I speak to (eg. my parents or other relatives).

He will control how I spend money.

He will have the final say in our daughter's life including her personal hygiene and clothes shopping.

He will want to know where my money is and make me invest it how he wants.

He does not want to legally marry me immediately.

We are legally divorced, but he still thinks for all of our sakes , we should get back together.

I live in another state, so it would mean moving everything, etc.

I would like to have my daughter come stay with me. He has sole physical and legal custody. He thinks she will not be okay with either he or me alone.

I am so confused because he says I only think of myself.

My Father died in Alabama without a Will. He has a house and 2 cars and $50,000 in bills left over. The house is a HUD house no apparent equity. I don't work so will I have to pay off his bills? The realestate market is slow for buying homes and that made me shy of this matter. I just want to walk away and leave thing for people to grab or homeless people to move in.
