The ONLY way to get a correct answer is to give a few facts, for example, where your order was issued, how much of a change in income and when the last modification of the order was issued.

Yes....it can be raised or lowered depending. She can ask for a revision once a year I believe. The amount will be determine by your last completed income tax report, so your raised in 2007 will be applicable for her in 2008 after your filing.

Where I live, if there is a change in your income of 25% either up or down then you can request a review of the case, fill out some forms and they will review it and if appropriate adjust the child support up or down.
Either you or your ex can request a review.

If you get a large raise, then yes, but it has to be a certain amount. Check with your attorney.

yes, if she is really anal...she can file for a modification of child support.
honestly, it's really not worth doing every year. i'd do it every 3-4 years myself.
