True happiness is just that. What you need to ask yourself is how to find it. For that I would turn to the words of Christ. On the outside they look like they would lead to misery, but quite the contrary, they lead to true happiness.

Obviously we have all been told it's not material thing.
But I tend to partially disagree with that cliché.
Alone they will not make you happy.
But they will "enhance" all the other things ie: friends family that are in your life.
I had a moment of true happiness in my life long ago.
Things weren't perfect, I wasn't wealthy, but I was content with what I had.
I really would like to feel that way again if only for awhile.

Mean:Never be upset. You will have happiness in your daily life;when you realize that: for every hard situation or problems there is an answer. When you learn how to love your family, friends, etc.then you will get happiness. When you learn to think always in the best positive way, then you will get happiness. It never will be easy to get true happiness in our daily life, but we can try every single day.Good and tough question.
