The most important thing is to choose a women who does this the least, but I give advice to guys who have decided to stay with women who pull this crap a lot.
Some of the ideas that haven't worked very well are:
-Doing the same thing to the woman, and when she points it out, point out that she does the same thing...."Pretty annoying isn't it?"
-Man: "I know some thing's wrong, so we'll talk again when you're ready to tell me what that thing is. See you in a few days."
-Smiling (or laughing), and changing the subject to something light and unrelated.
What are some better ways to manage this tendency of most women?

I just recently found out my boyfriend of 8 yrs was talking with another girl whom he says he met on myspace they had been texting and calling each other. He sent her a text message saying "I am done with this friendship" in front of me and says he's done with her. I wanna believe him but I am so paranoid anytime he is out of my sight I fear he may call or text her again. What do I do I am not sleeping/eating and I am stressing.

I am about to be a senior in highschool. My boyfriend whom I have known since Freshman year are planning on going to the same college and getting serious in our relationship, very serious. He is planning on proposing to me after graduation before we go to college. Is being engaged at eighteen too young? I personally like the idea. It is better than just shacking up and having babies. He want's to marry me. What do you think?

I was cheated on by my first serious boyfriend back in high school and I have not been able to let go of that even though it was almost 7 years ago. Now, I find that I am always wondering if my husband has cheated on me. How do I get rid of this feeling and how do I get to the bottom of it and find out if he really did?

I divorced my ex husband in 2002, I have four kids with him. He has never paid child support even though he was court ordered to do so. He doesn't carry medicial like he is suppose to and the last time that he saw them was in 2003. He was very abusive to both me and my kids and I have all of my kids in therapy because of the abuse that they had to go through. I am now remarried and my husband is wanting to adopt the kids, he does everything for them that a dad does. We are afraid that if we start the adoption the sperm donor is going to find out and come back and try to get visitation rights or worse custody of them? Not because he wants them but because he knows that would get to me. What rights does he have to my children??? Also I recently found out that he has 4 other children, who he does not support and denies that he is the father of...he is a deadbeat

I am a middle aged person with a good looking wife and 2 beautiful kids. Since our 2nd kid was born, I have lost interest in sex with my wife. Our married life is still the same charming. I love my family a lot. Since last 1 year, to satisfy myself, I have started masturbating heavily and my interest in videos and other means has started growing. Even though I have not taken any steps towards getting intimate with any woman & no intention also but I am really afraid if this continues... I tried analysing the cause of this behaviour but somehow not able to build up sexual attraction towards my wife. I proposed my wife to try different ways just to bring that charm back. But she just wants go by the same traditional way and not very flexible. If I try convincing her, she becomes offensive and stops everything. Please help me. Need your sincere opinion. I want to be a good committed husband in all respect. Do you think I should be happy with masturbation or look for other women?

Okay me and my husband have been seperated for a couple of months and we are finally working thru our problems. At my job i was finally given a weekend off so i made plans to go see him plus my daughter has been asking to see daddy. I went into work and another manger from another store changed the schedule and has me working this weeked. ( for the 4 months i have been working there i have never had a weekend off). when i told her that i made plans and they were hard to break she pretty much told me tough and that i had to work. I have another job and work at this one part time that was another reason she didnt give me the days off. she also told me i was part time and the least i could do was work a full day on the weekend.

So my question is should i still go like planned and promised or stay?

I keep having dreams that my husband is cheating on me with someone at work. I will admit that I am the jealous type and it does run through my head sometimes, but those are childhood issues that i take out on my husband. Otherwise, he doesnt show any telltale signs of cheating. Some people tell me that I dream this b/c that is on my mind and others tell me that its a sign. What do you think?

We are both divorced and have children from our prior marriages. We are having a baby together in a few months. We just moved in together so we could all be together before the baby was born. I would like for us to be married, so that we could be a "real" family for the baby, but he thinks that we are already a family and we should wait until we have our finances in order before we get married. I have a lot of debt from law school and some credit issues from being a full time student and single mom. We want to buy a bigger house and some other things, and he thinks that we should wait to be married until we do these things and are in a better financial position. This won't happen until I finish school and get a job--a year or more. I don't think that finances should rule our decision to get married. I think this is a decision based on our love and committment to each other. I think that if he loved me enough that the other things would't matter. He thinks I am being to naive

i have raised my son all on my own. he is now 8. i got married last year to a girl i dated for 2 years. she wanted to get married and be his mommy. she even had him call her mom. 6 months into the marriage she decided to no longer be a mom or a wife, led a seperate life with me stuck at home all the time as she did whatever, whenever. after 6 months of pleading with her to come back to me spiritually, she told me i was not in her heart, she couldnt be intimate with me and resented us. so i packed her stuff and kicked her out. was i right? i tried for 6 months to make her happy.

My ex.fiancee and biological father of my 5 yr old daughter were together 3.5 yrs.We broke up because he omitted the fact that he had spent time in Russian prison and thus lied about how he got his odd assortment of tatoos. He then proceeded to tell me it did not matter or should not to me since it had nothing to do with me for how long or what crime he commited to get in prison. He is a Russian business man who works in banking ect. so he travels a lot and i assume he is completley legitimate. From what i know he never commited any crimes while i new him.He always treated me well and with respect though he is a bit cold at times. He has never met his daughter but seen photos also he has sent presents and money for her.My daughter in return sends her artwork to him.Am i beeing prejudice for beeing uneasy about seeing him again since he will be meeting our daughter? He also wants to discuss trying a relationship with me again?

We've been together for 1 year and 8 months, very happy, just spent a month of summer together, then he breaks up with me in the end?!?!?!?!
How in the hell can you tell someone you love them and you want to spend the rest of your life with them and then you break up with them? We've been so happy together, his family and my family are really close, his parents love me. We got engaged but hadnt set an official date. Did I mention that his mom was at the hospital when my mom was giving birth to me? thats how close we are, or were....he just tells me that its not working out. Im so upset and so hurt, yet so angry. I've cried all night last night.I want to be with him so bad. I love this human being with all my heart. We've always completed each other. What do I do? I'm so confused. Do I just turn around and walk away? B/c Its tearing me apart. I have no sleep, nothing.

I know that you can help whether or not you ACT on attraction, but do you determine who you are attracted to? Is it entirely chemical? I am HAPPILY married, but attracted to one of my husband's friends. I would never cheat on my husband, I love him very much, but the attraction is still there nonetheless. It is almost palpable when we are around each other. His friend and I have never talked about it, but I think we both know its there and would NEVER even think about having an affair. I'm just asking if its my fault that I am attracted to him or is it entirely out of my hands? Also I would like advice on fighting that attraction, because he will always be around because of his friendship with my husband, but I never want to flirt with him or act inappropriately around him due to my attraction to him. I love my husband. This is not a matter of whether or not to have an affair, that is out of the question. Is attraction an intentional choice or a chemical reaction?

My family and my husbands family has never met each other yet. But, my dad and his mom are coming down and a few other members of the family next month to witness the birth of their grandchild. So it's going to be the first time meeting each other. I'm scared that they won't like each other and they will make it miserable for me before the baby gets here. I just want them to like each other. I mean my husband thinks things will be fine because my dad and his mom are great people. But I'm just worried.
Then my husband has a 5 year old son that lives with my husbands mom and he's coming down to. I'm just worried that he's going to hate his little sister because she'll be staying with daddy and he won't be.
How do I put this worry behind me? Help me please.
