If the lady in question happens to be your boss, you should co-operate with her in every possible way so that her skills achieve the maximum results. That would be a fitting compliment to her skills. You may also verbally communicate your appreciation for her skills which would be well taken.
If she happens to work under your supervision, complement her on her skills and give her an incentive or promotion if possible. Involve her with greater responsibility and ask for her advice in tricky situations.
If she isn't related to your job, just tell her at any available opportunity that you admire her skills and that you want to seek her advice to overcome certain critical situations.
