Or how can U find the perfect wife? What is the best suitable women for a guy like me? I am an extremely open minded person. I like to try out new things, new experiences and new challenges in life. If I like it, I will do again and again. If I don't like it, I will never do it again. I am very super adventurous in life. I like to have super fun, whether it be crazy or silly, doesn't matter to me! I usually prefer the super funny type of girls, because they do alot of things, that make me laugh alot.

Married for 6 years....4 children involved....2 hers, 2 theirs....Wife feels that that her husband doesn't spend time with her...yet wants space. They don't want to hurt each each other..for all indications...she doesn't want a divorce, she needs space to think about it....he's not living at home.....what should he do.......He is on shore duty...and ultimately he is home everyday......
1. Give her the space?
2. Divorce?
3. What can he do to correct the situation?
4. If he gives her space and time....how much is too much before she feels he doesn't care...
Please be honest and helpful!

In marraige there are stages you go through the honeymmoon stage where you cant get enough of eacother, The I dont like being married stage, the we have been through a lot stage and also the stage of being true companions and loving one another with out all the high expectations.

My husband and I are at the companion stage and I dont feel all that romantic I love him dearly and would die for him but at this point with all I have been through this year being friends in enough at this point.

My question is have you ever been thorugh these stages of marraige and is it normal for marraige to be common place and ordinary at times? Society emphasizes the romantic part of a realtionship but that does wear off. What is the best way to enjoy the season of marriage that you are in?

ok buying a house and talking about "house bills".John informed me he does not want us to have a house phone and if we do he does not to be listed in the phone book he wants a unlisted #.Now he said i could list my name but not his. When i asked him why he gave me plenty of excusses but could not give me a "good" reason. The funny thing is he was listed for 10 yrs with his exwife and could care less(we are getting married and he is STILL listed with her and that bothers me but he could care less about being in there with her)I know for a fact he does not ow anyone money or running from the police so what could it be?

I know it's wrong, but recently I came in contact with his wife. I'm dying to tell her. Is it wrong to stir up trouble? I want her to know what kind of man she is married to.

If you weren't afraid of being accused of spousal abuse and it wasn't a societal no-no, would you want to spank her for certain behavior: cursing, back talk, attitude, disobedience, unsafe actions (speeding, driving under the influence), etc.? Basically, if society didn't tell you "no", can you think of circumstances that you would discipline your wife by spanking (not beating) her?

...... so bad I know I'm going to get a lot of ridicule. I am already beating myself up. Long story short - me and my husband seperated years ago and after we seperated I started dating this guy for 3 years. Everyday my husband would plead for me to take him back (he was a complusive cheater and liar) and finally after 3 years I decided to try and make it work. Problem is I never completely left my boyfriend alone and I just ended up pregnant a month ago. I wasn't having sex with both just my boyfriend. After I conceived I slept with my husband unknowing that I was already pregnant. I am disgusted by my husband sexually and I realized that I dont want to be with him I just dont know how to tell him its finally over and that I'm pregnant by someone else. I also don't want to be with my boyfriend either. I am fine raising this kid alone. I just dont want to hurt hubby and I am so confused I dont know what to do. Any suggestions? I know I'm screwed (literally and figuratively).

when i was 16 years old I fell in love with the man i am currently having an emotional relationship with. we went out for four years, distance parted us and we never fell out of love we just stopped talking. He married his next girlfriend and they are now going to have there 2nd child together. When he was ready to ask for a divorce she told him she was pregnant. Now that she is pregnant he doesn't want to put her through all of that right now. I love him and I am willing to wait for him, but should I? Should I just stay away from him until he is divorced or seperated? My family says i am wrong for being in his life because they still live together, but i know he loves me.. i know that he is going to divorce her..so am i wrong?

He has lied and kept stuff from you in the past, made up stories that were not true and made promises on his own without you asking him in the first place then doesnt keep his word and says he wants to do things with/for you then doesnt.

I have two uncles, none blood related, whom I am certain are controlling. They call their wives a different name then their real name. Real name Trisha calls her Doris. Most of the time when she has done something "dumb."

Does anyone know of the psychological term for this?

Mother quit spending time with her little girl who isn't even 2 years old yet. She also quit spending any time with her husband. She quit talking to him, which included no kissing or anything either. She would stay gone all the time. When she was home, she just went to bed. The rest of the time she was hanging out with her 'new freinds'. In a three month period she only spent about an hour with the little girl. Needless to say, they are sepa-
rated because of this. He moved out with the little girl. She has made no effort to see her, even though she has his car. He has no vehicle now. He works, but has to depend on friends or family for rides to and from work. The car is in his name only.
Her place is trashed, she has wild parties now. All the neighbors have reported her to management. She has 10 days to move out.

What should he do? Should he push the issue of custody? Should he report the car as stolen to get it back? HELP!!!

Why is it that everyone always blames the cheaters. Should the other party not take some of the responsibility? If the other half was not there emotionally or physically, should they not be held up to the same ridicule? Everyone always says to get out of the relationship before you cheat. However, I think that if you are not invested in the relationship enough to show affection, communicate, and love the other person you should also get out of the relationship - or at the very least seek counselling. Keep in mind I am not condoning either side. I am just wondering why cheating is frowned upon more than anything else in a relationship.

Also, I have been married for ten years and have never even thought about cheating on my husband. I am just curious as to what people think.

For the past year, women have been texting my husband at hours of the night. I ask to see the phone, he hides it. He spends hours on the internet, chatting with “friends”. A friend created a fake Myspace page (w/o my knowledge) to contact him, Within 1 day; he was giving out his cell phone number, and willing to meet up with this person. This friend created the Myspace account after seeing a singles ad of my husband’s on other website, (It was created while he was in a relationship with me) wanting to catch him in the act.

He always claims it’s always someone else’s fault. When confronted, he says, it’s a lie, someone’s out to destroy my marriage. I found a picture of a half naked “friend” of his on my computer, with other pictures of her scantily dressed. When asked, he claimed they weren’t for his use, she wanted to pictures of herself for a website.

He claims he never cheated (had sex), but I’m not sure. I told him I want a divorce; am I overracting?

About 3 weeks ago, my kids and I were coming home from church. I couldn't find my husband inside the house so I went into the backyard and started calling his name. He didn't come out right away, but he eventually stepped out of a shed. I could smell marijuana all over him. At first he tried to deny it, but I threw my arms around him and told him I love him and wouldn't leave him.

He then admitted that he has been smoking marijuana since before we met. He also admitted that he spends about $100 a month on weed and about $400 a month on Lottery Scratchers.

What makes this much worse is that we've struggled financially for our entire marriage. He hasn't worked in 18 months, so he's been using part of my paycheck to support his drug and gambling habit.

Anyway, he promises me he'll stop this time. But I know addictions aren't that easy to break. He says that because I still love him and forgive him, it gives him strength to quit. I'm scared to trust him. Now what?
