Get a lawyer you can get up to 45% of his pretax income in child support, and if you have a good lawyer the house. Call today the children need to be taken care of and your upcoming baby needs to be taken care of

First off spell check. Look if he did that to you then why even waste your time. You can go after child support but most likely will have to wait for baby to be born. Then you will have to do paternity. You can do this on your own. Get a job and go to church. You should go to your local health department and get temporary help. There are single mothers all over the place with twice as many kids and they are doing fine. Your emotions are probably just going nuts now because you are preggo. Just pray without ceasing and you will be just fine! Good luck and congratulations.

Yes, get a lawyer and make him pay child support as soon as the child is born. Some states will not grant divorces while a woman is pregnant but you can get all your questions answered when you see an attorney. Write all your questions down before you meet with an attorney so you don't forget to ask them anything.

He will be ordered to pay child support and pay for expenses related to the child,YES get a lawyer. Also get on medicaid so that you have some insurance for your pregnancy. you're still married and if there is no legal separation then I would make sure to get some photos of him out with these other women and present them to the court ...he won't gte much punishment for adultry but you can prove him unfit and unstable to have any custody of your kids.

Yes, do request child support and get a divorce ASAP, you don't need a jerk like that. I would also recommend counseling. Major life decisions, as you put it, are not decisions one asks about on yahoo answers. A therapist can help you get on your feet, not moneywise, but getting a good self esteem for your own and your children's sake. No woman should ever put up with crap like that.

Good luck, I wish you the best......

you should live with your family for awhile, definitely get child support and take care of your kids, you have to make them your priority and not worry about dating for awhile.
