First, assess the situation. Do you two have a rocky relationship? Did you have any big fights before he left? Did he have any motivation to leave? Did he exhibit any suspicious behaviour in the weeks before he left? Does he have anywhere to go?
Does he have a cell phone that you could call? If not, or he's not answering, call around to his parent's house and to any close friends to see if they have seen him.
If he's not there, try local hospitals and police stations.
I know that credit cards can be used for tracking people, as well as EZPasses, so you might want to look into that.

If worse comes to worse, forget about him and start a new life. He's obviously not worth worrying about if he would bail on you like that.

Good luck!

I am not sure if this is a habit, or if he is actually missing. But if he is not kidnapped or hospitalized, he is with some one else a man/woman. Do not be a fool for him or any one else. If you let him back he will do it again. What you start out with in a marriage is what you will end up with. Stand up for your self and take the respect you deserve. Yes, you may love him, but do he truly love you and only you. Change your locks, get a support system from your closest friends and do not be the door mat he expect you to be when he return home.

Baby girl, I am sad for you! I am sure you are hurting really badly. It is possible he may come back, but what you need to think about is whether or not you want him to. If he can leave you so easily (if he truly left and is not just injured, or some other reasonable excuse), do you want to spend the rest of your life in fear that he would leave again. If you treated him good, chances are that he will show up at some point in the future trying to mend the relationship. Decide what you truly want.

I just hope he left and nothing happened to him. I would be asking around or something. Has he done this before? Ask around and see if you can find him. Better to be safe than sorry. He coulda got mugged or killed. Not right to automatically assume he left you. You never know these day about crazy people anymore. I wish you luck. And if he DID leave you it was cruel of him to do that without saying anything or even leaving a little note saying he was doing so.

Maybe...maybe not.
My Dad tells stories about how he used to go out for a loaf of bread and not come home for a week. He'd be messing around of course. My step mom put up with it, and is still with him today. He's too old to do that anymore. He better be glad he wasn't with me. I'd changed the locks and left him high and dry.....to sleep out there with the critters of the woods.

Did you call the hospital and police stations? Having marital issues? These things don't just happen you know. File missing persons after 48 hours if you guys are or are not having problems. Better safe than sorry.

Maybe you should contact your local authorities and file a missing persons report. He could have been kidnapped, or held at gun point. You are wondering if he left you well I would worry more right now if he is lying in a ditch somewhere. If he is still alive and well then I would be mad as hell.

Didn't you hear? They stopped selling his brand in your state. He had to drive to Chicago. He was on his way home when he ran out again. Now he's on his way back to Chicago for 2 packs this time! He'll be home if he doesn't run out of gas first, cause then he will have to go to NY for a fresh can of Gas!

Did it ever dawn on you that your husband may have met with foul play? If this is a joke, I'm not laughing. :(
