Married ladies, I need your help. I have been feeling really down lately and I don't know what to do. My husbands work schedule and mine are different. I work M-F 8-6 and he works the afternoons T-Sat evenings. We never spend any time together anymore. I feel like he is losing interest. We have made love maybe twice in the last two months. We don't have kids, either. Every time I suggest going out, he's too tired. I suggested going out for a cup of coffee... he's too tired. I said, "A cup of coffee will cure that!" and he still wouldn't go. I don't harp on him, I am not a nag. I just want to spend time with the man I love. I want to make love. He's too tired. I just want to go somewhere together and hold hands. Maybe he's too tired to love me. I've given him space, I've given him time. Last night, I told him how I feel. We had a good talk. He said we should go out for lunch together today. So I went home to pick him up... too tired. I've had it! What do I do?

Some man always seems to ask how to increase the frequency of sex with his wife and people answer with romance her more (ie. flowers, dinner out, spa ... etc).

I believe sex and romance should both be freely given, because otherwise it taints the giving of it.

Why is it then that so many people answer with "get your wife stuff if you want more sex"?

Is our society so materialistic that we honestly think buy affection from our spouses with stuff?

OK, so I've been seperated from my husband for over a year now but we still hang out and try and try again but he is a horrible man and I can never be with him for more than a day or two at a time. Well, I know he's been dating and whatnot as he throws other girls names at me and sends me pictures of them and stuff (obscene ones too) and I was contacted yesterday by his most recent girlfriend.

She, I think, just wants some closure, needs to know certain things but its REALLy bothering me to hear her tell me the HORRIBLE things he did to her. I'm working on divorcing him and moving on with the shell of a life he has left me with and I've been talking to this woman for 2 days straight and I think its out of sympathy on my part but I really just don't want to talk about him, hear his name, etc.

He hurt her really bad, and not just emotionally and mentally and I feel sooo bad for her because from the sounds of it what he did to her was worse than he did to me. What to do?

We've had several arguments since our only baby was born nine months ago, but I never thought that he could stop loving me. He said that it's nothing to do with our fights or me or anything I've done, but that he just realized one day that he didn't really love me anymore. Our second anniversary was just a few days ago. We're only 25, I don't want my marriage to end. I love him more than anyone on the planet. The only thing he could have said to hurt me any more would be that our baby had died.. I don't know what to do. Is it possible to love someone again once you don't anymore? We're both Christian's and he's always said that he doesn't believe in divorce, but when I was crying and told him I didn't want to live without him, he started to say "You'll have to" but stopped himself and said, "I know". When I say I love you, he just says, "I know you do" I don't know what to do. I said we needed counseling, but he said that a counselor can't fix your heart and make you love someone

My friend just came home from overseas and said that almost everyone slept with the foreign women and prostitutes. Are military wives stupid enough to think their man is faithful?

i am happily married now, and me and my husband adore eachother.
some years back i was in love with a guy and it had been going on for 5 years. he was a great guy and we were planning to get married.
then suddenly he died in an accident. it totally shattered me but i managed to get over it, or atleast i thought i had.
i married because of my parents and never thought that i would fall in love with my husband or that ill be this happy.
its kind of making me feel guilty that i have this life and the guy died so young without enjoying anything in his life.
my husband has no idea about this and i have no plans to tell him. he is happy and i want to keep it that way.
please tell me how to get rid of this guilt.
thank you.

Sat alone with my delicate tears rolling down my cheeks
My arms wrapped tighly around my quivering legs
Reminising the moments when I saw your hatred
As your fist grew closer to my innocent face
I shivered and begged you to stay

''Dont go, I love you''

As long as you know that
You can hurt me again
With your hatred growing
As I block your exit

''Don't leave me like this, please, lets talk''

I raise my shaking hands above my face
Protecting myself from a painful beating
He became my addiction
I let him, i begged him, i made him..
STAY
Over and over
Just so i wasnt alone
Each time i stopped him leaving
He would raise his fist
He would grit his teeth
He would push me to a wal;
Door, or floor
Using his force to make me weak.
Some memories were nice.
But they grew to an incredible anger.
And left myself becoming an
empty shell, left alone with nothing.

Memories scar
I miss him.
But he beat me
He hated me
Never loved me
He lied.

I have a friend named Frank who is married to a woman he doesn't love anymore, and she doesn't love him anymore either. They've been together for 10 yrs, and have a 7 y/o daughter. He stays with her because of his daughter, and he knows if he divorces her, she'll move far away and he won't see her anymore. So he stays for his daughter. Their relationship seems irretrievably broken, since she has cheated on him. He can't stand the thought of not seeing his daughter every day, and he can't stand the thought of continueing to live with a woman in a loveless marriage. What to do?

My wife reads these military fourms and gets this idea in her head that if I'm not talking to her then I'm cheating on her. It gets so frustating and I'm growing tired of it.

Hello, i'm a single parent and have a very successful job. Thing is, 2 years ago i was approached by a man whom i fell in love with... we love each other very much.
Problem is; he's married. Since he's got children too, he doesn't want to leave his wife - which i understand.
However, we recently decided to have a child together. I would live alone with our baby and my kid from an earlier marriage, he would visit us as much as possible.
He recently turned around to me and said: how am i gonna tell my kids that there is another brother/sister out there, brought into this world by another woman than their mother?
I think that's a very delicate question.
Should we still have a baby together?

My ex-husband has sole physical and legal custody of our 15 year old daughter. He moved due to job reasons and left her in his mother's care.

He has sold the home in which my daughter and her grandmother were staying.

I live in another state.

Now, the issue of where my daughter is going to live has to be decided.

My ex-husband has been leaving me voicemails and I have been deleting them.

I am thinking of calling him to see what the next steps are for my daughter.

I am open to have her come and stay with me. I don't know how open she is to that though.

The conversations with my ex-husband don't go very far because he is still focused on us getting back together.

I am unsure if I should call him or just let he and my daughter decide what they want to do.

I have let him know repeatedly that I am open to our daughter coming to stay with me.

My ex and I broke up a few months ago, but remained very close friends.

I just found our that his ex-wife (who got engaged in December) has gotten married. My ex and his ex got a divorce last July, so not even a year ago yet.

I am the closest person to him that knows. Do I tell him? I don't want him to be caught by surprise and then not be in a place where he can process the information.

Thanks!

I have posted this question before, but I wasn't clear enough so the answers were somewhat irrelevant. I met this woman on a train reading a book that I had previously read. She is 35 years, yet she looks 25 years old (that was what I thought before she told me her age). I am 26. We, after a small talk, exchanged numbers.

Prior to meeting again, we spoke over the phone about 4 times getting to know each other. She is nice, sweet, educated, classy, and open-minded. The first time we talk a walk at Central Park. We had a good time. I told her my feelings toward her. She told me that she is looking for someone to marry and settle down and considering my age not ready to do so. She also mentioned that I am young and the youngest person she has dated was 5 years younger.

I listened but still I wanted her, so in my third date with her while holding each other at the movies, I went for the kiss. She was hesitant, yet went for it. Yes, we French kissed.

When together, we have a good time. We laugh, play, and converse freely. We keep doing this every time we meet. It was my 5th date with her and I am not sure if I should pursue her more beyond friendship, Is it time to go for home run?, wait a bit, or just keep it at friendship…What should I do, and what do you people think is going on here?

ok. I am a stay at home mom, my husb works at a very well known communications store.. this is my Q he has his co-workers tel# on his cell. inc. 3 girls 2 that work with him and 1 that is from totally different area code. they all work for the same copmpany. I dont see y he has too have the girls phone numbers with him, theyre just sales reps like he is. I know that when u work with people u grow a close relationship with them especially seeing them everyday for 8 hrs. whats upset me is that his store has a Grand Opening Event on and he barely vaguely mentioned it to me yesterday, and he has not even mentioned to me if I want to stop by we live 10 min from his job. I have never been there and he has never asked me if I want to go over and pick him up so that we can have lunch.
I am feeling very insecure, am I wrong... Im afraid there is something I dont know.. and if I bring it up to him hes prolly gonna get upset cause I looked through his phonebook.
this is killing me.
