Last night my husband mentioned one of the ladies that he works with wasn't feeling well, that she had to leave work until her heart medication is figured out. He was able to go into the details of her medical problem. We have been married for 24 years and have two wonderful children, But my entire Life I have dealt with medical problems that he shunned off and never said a word to anyone about it. Even when I coded on a surgical table, the people he worked with never knew! So do you think it's unrealistic to let him know I didn't care to hear about a woman I have never met, who has a very minor health condition in comparison? Or should I just pretend I don't feel hurt and continue living as I have. Thinking and doing for others and try to ignore the physical and emotional pain of living with a terminal illness? I lost a brother 11 months ago due to this same heart condition., my husband never mentions it....Should I whine more like the women he works with?

Are you afraid of peace? No? Then why all of the fighting on all sides about religion? No, everyone doesn't believe the same. We know that. Is that a good reason on ANYONE'S part to ridicule, mock, or anything similar? I don't, and I don't do it to others. Ask those who know me. Everyone here knows my friend Lokasenna. She's not muslim, and I certainly don't want to do anything to her. She's one of few people I trust on here, and religion doesn't affect that. I have other friends, too, and about half of them are not muslim. We are all people. Don't you think that after how many thousands of years of fighting, we could have figured this out by now?

right now i have carpet and it IS NOT working. i have five big dogs and the carpet is cream; im sure you have a visual now. i watch hgtv alot and id heard about cork. however evrything ive read says that its not very scratch res. or very durable for high traffic ( i.e. big dogs and me- im in a wheelchair that weighs 400 lbs.) so is that true? from your experience is cork the best or should i look for something else? my 2nd choice would be porcelein tile or mabey vynal. i dont know. what would be my best option as far as durability and scratches? thanks alot.

with all the wars america has won & lost I would have thought that they should be pretty damn good at it by now. extremists with ak47 rifles & car bombs have stalled an army that feeds off billions of dollars worth of research & technology. OK, I am not askin if I could be pregnant, I hate that when people ask that. I know anytime you have sex its possible....plus Im a mother already. But I would like to know how long before you can tell if your pregnant. Me and my husband we intimate about 4 nights ago....and we had a slip up. I know now obviously is too soon to tell, but how soon? I was due for my monthly cycle the day we had the slip up and still havent started, but Im sure its too soon to tell. How long should I wait to take a test if I dont start? Any tests tell you sooner than usual? Thanks.
