Oh my goodness yes, you can refrigerate just about anything. Reheat just like you would anything else. And left over mashed potatoes make the best potato pancakes!

Absolutely !! And the best way to reheat them ( and the most delicious) is to form the mashed potatoes into small patties about 3 inches in diameter and place them in a frypan with melted butter, sprinkle salt and pepper on the top and fry until brown on both sides just a few minutes on each side.......yummmmmmmm

Yes you can...I do it all the time...you can actually freeze mashed potatoes (although they never do taste quite the same) You can reheat them by simply putting them in a covered casserole dish and sticking them in the microvave, or putting them in conventional oven for @ 20 min. at 250 degrees, or you can put them in a saucepan and add just a bit of milk and reheat over low heat...But, if you dou it this way, you need to stay right with them and keep stirring them or they will scorch.

Absolutely! It's very common and safe. You can nuke them, put them on the stove with a bit more milk or cream, bake them. I prefer making a mashed potato casserole with them. Just spread them in a baking dish (more liquid if necessary) and top with shredded cheddar and green onions. Bake at 350 until it's heated and the cheese is melted. Leftover taters are great!

Yes I do. When I reheat them I use butter, but you can use olive oil, pam spray, and throw them into a frying pan to reheat.
Once in a while I spray tinfoil with pam and put mashed potatoes into it, wrap it up and throw into oven for 1/2 hour or so.

When I have left over veges ( potatoes, carrots, peas etc ) I put them in the same container in the fridge.
It builds up over the week, and during the weekend I throw it all in a frying pan and mix it together like a vege pancake.
Healthy, tasty and an easy meal.

Yes they can be put in fridge. To warm them you can put in microwave or put your skillet on med heat and add the potatoes.Let them heat up,then turn over and let the other side heat. You can do that for breakfast,if you fry crispy they taste like hash browns and then just fry an egg for breakfast...
