Marriage & Divorce - 12 June 2007

Been together 1 year 6mo engaged 8months,good until about 3 months ago. I saw some emails that he sent an ex girl after she sent him one" that he might make it out to see the person "she invited him" if some friends headed that way for mardi gras and didn't mention me or the fact that we were engaged. "When asked what was new" I felt like I was being hid. When asked about it he said he was being a nice guy and was never going togo.Then about 2 weeks ago he invited a classmate from college to hangout with us on the lake we got along great, and then later in the day she said to me she really missed out on a chance with him and she should have taken the chance when she had it. I was nice and she kept flirting with him all day, so finally I got very upset and said hateful things to her and made a scene alcohol was involved. He says I am too jealous and not that way when he proposed and if I dont stop then he is postponing the wedding. Ive promised to not be jealous. Am I stupid if I stay?

a goofy George Bush supporter who can't get it up? I have a co worker who was telling me that her husband hasn't touched her in over a year and does nothing but listen to Rush Limbaugh and watch Fox news when he gets home from work. He also refuses to give her or al se x becuase "the bible says its bad".

Is she wrong to have found a young man on the side to satify her needs?

Ok my mom is really strick. I had many boyfriends in the past and she is stuck on my last one. My current one is the one i want to be with 4 the rest of my life. We are 1 year appart. But we are 2 young to get married(im 16 hes 17). But my mom doesnt like him. and she judges him. how can i marry him if my mom dissaproves? How can i get my mom to approve.

My husband and I are currently separated, he told me he had a dream w/ me. He said that I had an accident learning how to drive and that the car got on fire and he went to resccue me but when he got close the car exploded and thats when he woke up. What do you think it means, what can this dream be trying to tell him??

One Q reminded me I could ask on ur opinions about my dillema...
Should I marry this guy who is not very attractive, but very smart & probably the nicest man I know...? I feel like he's gonna do everything for me... He's shy & never even asked me on a date - I am always asking him (like a friend) 2 go out w/ me... he never refuses... I doubt he'll propose me if I don't do anything 2 encourage him... So I am wondering if I should 'direct' him that way??? My husband is over in Iraq for a year & he wants me to send him very explicit pictures of me over the camera phone ( of...u kno what). But i dont feel comfortable doing it. I know he is my husband but who knows who will get ahold of them or who will see them. he says he will show noone, but im am still very scared to. I feel so bad cause he is away for that long but i dont know if he would show anyone or not. i doubt it but you NEVER know. What should i do?

Ok, so I have been going out with my boyfriend for a year and 3 months. He has an ex-wife and a kid with her. Well, I have still not met her, more because of me then anything else. I have never been married and have no kids so it is kind of weird for me. I don't want to be jealous, but it is really hard. When would be a good time to meet her? Or should I not? my hubby has been MIA since friday. we didn't talk 4 a week, it almost seems like he was looking 4 an excuse to get mad. I noticed that for the last few weeks he's called and recieved lots of call from on number from ex coworker n just want to see if hes there. i don't want 2 call him n don't want to pay alot. I can see why most attractive people I know would date these dopes and they need to hang out at church functions and yahoo answers to find friends!

My husband and I have only been married for two weeks, he works a second job (only about 10 hours a week) and he wants to keep his whole paycheck to spend on fishing stuff. We arent struggling but it would be nice to have the extra money to put towards a down payment on a house. Am I being unreasonable by asking him to share this money with me?

So my bf and i have an ldr right now...he's pretty far away. He has this child hood friend who is female, i have known about her from the beginning, they were babies together, dated at one point and i know they had sex at some point, in high school, they're 24 now. He told me that they'll always be friends and she is one of his best friends. I cant say she ever came between us, but I feel jealous. I feel like, maybe he'll always have a thing for her. He tells me he doesnt, that they are friends, that's all they'll ever be, he loves me. I didnt really hear from him over the weekend, then i checked his myspace page and there are always messages from her. Things that say, how are you, miss you, call me. I told him she needs a life, he just comes back with, we're just friends, i talk to you way more than i talk to her. One of her messages said, i havent heard from you, what's up. The most recent note says, what's up with all the crazy drunk texts from you this weekend? What should i think?

My husband never wants to discuss problems when they arise between us. He is non-confrontational to the point of completely ignoring things. I've even tried to discuss THIS problem with him but nothing changes. We had a disagreement recently which was not resolved and he wants to act like nothing happened, hug me, "Love you honey", and I'm still seething over the disagreement. We've been together for nine years and fortunately do not have a lot of problems or disagreements but when we do it is always this way. I don't want to seem childish and hold on to hurt feelings or drag out a disagreement but I think we should at least discuss how we each feel whether we can completly agree and solve the problem or not. Suggestions??? Anyone else in a relationship like this?

Just recently my fiance's brother began going through a divorce, is not yet legally seperated no paperwork has been started but wife has moved out.

He has began dating a new girl, who has just plopped right in where his wife left off, taking care of their infant son, cooking, cleaning etc. And while I do like this girl, I do not support their relationship I feel it needs to be put on hold until the divorce.

My issue is, they have only been seeing each other a month, and I am feeling jealous that she gets to spend so much time with my nephew when I used to babysit all the time-now she does. She is sending my MIL pictures of our nephew, emailing, etc.

I know I am being stupid, but it is frustrating and im not overly upset about it...more upset about the fact that it even bothers me!!

I’ve been seeing a great guy for 2 mos. Im divorced and have 2 kids. he’s never been married and has no kids (if that means anything) Last night as I came home from a date I called to check on my daughter and she said her dad was outside waiting for me. To avoid a scene I told boyfriend to drop me off a block away. He was pissed but did it anyway. Then I told my ex that if he ever did that again, I’d file a restraining order. I spoke to boyfriend later on and he told me he liked me and enjoyed my company but that he didn’t need this. That I didn’t not have control of the situation. I told him I took care of it and not to make any hasty decisions. Today I text him and he text back but I could tell he was still pissed. I don't blame if he wouldn't want to see me again. what to do?

My husband just quit a job to start another job, this is his second day and he already wants to quit. The new job is full-time at a higher wage, his old one was only part time at minimum wage. I work full-time, I'm about 8wks pregnant, we have debt we need to pay off....... We've already decided we are moving in 6 months and he would quit and find a new job regardless at that time. However he already wants to quit and I guess go back to his previous job. We could really use the extra income. Why can't he just stick it out? I know I would, no matter how much I hated it. Come on we are pregnant, what is he thinking? How can I convince him to open his eyes!

Three months since i saw my ex. She had tears in her eyes and i wanted to stay maried to her.She divorced me.I senced a great deal of conflict within her. I know we shared a strong bond and comittment.But she says her head rules her heart and its what is best for her. I can't stop looking at the pictures,torturing myself.I want to hold her again and tell her everything will be allright,but shes gone now and im left with with memories and loss.I don't understand and look for answers.The way she looked at me,the way she loved me.And now its like it never happened,she never was.I hope she has a place for me in her heart.We wanted to grow old together.And i feel i will never be able to let her go.Its a empty sad feeling thinking the rest of your life is going to be this way.

i was married for 10 years and i hear over and over from guys that once you get married it all changes and the woman stops wanting it.......well in my case that was never true.....we had sex a minimum of 3 times a week the entire marriage.......so i want to know what makes it change or if it really does since it never did for me
