1. You should be willing to do what you did to get us to keep us.
2. We are closest to you when we're being intimate. If we want lots of sex with spice but only with you WHY are you complaining and pushing us away? To a guy this is equivalent to you saying "I don't want you or love you anymore - go away".
3. If we're well fed and sexed up, we're almost always happy. If we're starving for food or sex we're going to be miserable, and you're going to be miserable.
4. We want a proper lady in public, friend in life, and a fiend in bed. And a few really cool power tools and toys.

There are some pretty good responses here, but I would add this: When I was married, my wife used to criticize almost every little thing I did. (Of course I stopped listening, in order to survive). Meanwhile on the rare occasions that she complimented something that I did, I would cherish that for a while. So, my answer is: recognize that men sometimes need to hear that their efforts and accomplishments are appreciated. I know it's embarassing to admit, but we really do have some feelings too, we just hate talking about them. And now, I want a beer and to see a naked woman.

I agree with the stuff above. Men like recognition for the stuff they've done. So give us a hug and a pat on the back.

Enjoy some of our activities with us. If I am going to change the oil in the car, keep me company. Don't just wait inside. Ask me, "what's this?" It makes me feel like I know something.

The main thing??? Gosh you ask tough questions, but here goes.

Men in general are straight forward and most are to the point and direct. Its like shopping. Most men, when they shop, know what they want, go to the store, buy it and get the heck out of there.
Women on the other hand, (most i suspect) would spend a good portion of the day window shopping and trying on clothes they have no intention of buying. To a man, this is such a waste of time. If your not going to buy it, then why torture yourself in trying it on and wishing you had it??

Also, when there are issues, (problems), men try to think of direct solutions. Many times, women dont want the solutions, they just want to talk and have someone listen to them. (most men dont like talk), hint hint.
For a man, if there is a problem, lets solve it NOW and go on with life. Why sit in self pity and boil over it? It doesnt make much sense to a guy.

Lastly, sex. Sex, contrary to popular believe is NOT a dirty word. It only becomes dirty when people use it inappropriately. If a woman is going to wear a top that has a low plunging neckline to her navel, and a skirt that shows her cute little tush, (or panty), then she should not complain when men look or stare. She should acutually expect it.

If wives dont like their men to look or become aroused at other women, then she should also dress similarly, or find a way to keep his attention toward her. Too many of them dont take care of themselves after marriage.

In today's society, it is extremely easy for a man to become aroused because women can wear whatever they want and a man is NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY ANYTHING. But, let a man wear something that is a bit revealing of his anatomy, and he gets a sexual harrassment claim filed against him or he gets arrested or fired.

Women should not wonder why guys sometimes wont approach them. They dont want to be accused of anything inapporpriate. In a number of cases, men actually resent women because of this issue. Who has the power now??

These are only my views, but I suspect I speak for most men out there.
