I think Cameron Diaz is so over-rated. I don't see what is so great about her. Not that great looking. Not that great of an actress. And in real life (interviews, talk shows) she seems like a bee-otch.

Who do you think is over-rated and why?

do you honestly and truthfully believe that you would/could cheat on them?

If you do commit adultery, does that show a possibility that you truly don't love them by inflicting that kind of pain on someone?

If your spouse cheated on you, would it make a difference to you if it was a 1 night stand (sexual encounter) or a long standing affair?

Could you look past it & forgive them, even if you knew that it was a long standing affair, or is that unforgiveable?

If you felt like this was the person you wanted to spend the rest of your life with, have children & raise a family with, grow old with, could you do it? Even if there were problems between you, problems that could be fixed (no abuse, violence or prior adultery), would you look outside your marriage for answers?

Do you think that some people commit adultery as a way to irrevocably destroy a marriage?

I know this isn't just 1 question, but your feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time

I just finished a question that made me think.
Some poeple get so offended by what people say when people take the time to respond to their questions. That people who are not nice should leave the site and get a life. Which is a good point for some.
But, what about free speech? As Americans, we know these days people can sue for any reason. Flipping someone off can get you a ticket for invoking road rage. But, here, we can speak our minds and should without a sensitive few on the never ending violation committee trying to cost us points.
What big cry babies you are!
So which are you?

I am a stay at home mom and my husband is the one who brings home the money. We have been together for 9 years married 1 year and have a 3 year old daughter 2gether.My problem is that we rarely spend any time with each other and I miss him very much. He's always working or always sleeping. He sometimes works 16 hour shifts.Don't get me wrong-I APPRECIATE HIM GREATLY! But, I feel that we have become more distant from one another. His hours vary, but a majority of the time he works 3rd shift so he sleeps all morning and afternoon and wakes up when my daughter and i fall 2 sleep.I try and stay up with him thru the night but, its hard bcus our daughter wakes up early in the morning and i am the one who stays up with HER. When my husband sleeps during the afternoon I like to try and wake him up.I give him some coffee, which he loves or our daughter will wake him up.He complains to me and says that I am only thinking about myself.I enjoy being with him very much.He and my daughter are my world.

Got married Oct '05, my husband had picked out and put a down payment on my 1 1/2 caret engagement & wedding bands, but we finished paying for them together after we were married. Now we are separated and going through a divorce - who keeps my rings? No kids, by the way. And I know, shouldn't have married a bum who couldn't pay for the rings by himself anyway, but those comments aren't necessary. I already know :)
Thanks.

after you found out your spouse had an affair and then he/she left? I guess I am a cliche - I bought a sports car, had a one night stand with someone 10 years younger than I am and got a tattoo?

Then...I moved on. Anyone else??

my husband and i have a great marriage. i let him look at porn and even other women when we are out. i look at guys and he has no problem with that either. its human nature. the problem is when he looks at porn it is always at other races. he will even look at very fat women of other races but he won't give a second glance to the prettiest skinniest woman of our race. we are both of the same race but i am the first woman of our race he has ever been with. he says i am different. i have given him everything he has asked for sexually except a threesome and neither of us wants that anyway. he has given me no indication that he wishes to return to the other race. i know he is attracted to me because he looks at me like i am the most beautiful woman he has ever seen but it bothers me big time the way he won't look at other women of our race. am i overreacting. all advice welcome but would really like to hear from the men. thanks in advance

My ex-husband keeps leaving me messages on my cell phone regarding our daughter(?) and us reconciling. Our daughter is 15 and he has sole physical and legal custody of her.

I don't return his phone calls because his messages are nasty and hurtful and our conversations go that way too. Nothing is agreed upon and the conversation goes in circles.

I did leave him a message saying that he can send our daughter to me. I will put in appropriate camps and classes. He got upset about the word camp because she is not doing well in school and needs to be in refresher classes.

Anything I say is used against me....

He has moved away from the state where they live and left her in his mother's care. I live in another state. Now, he has sold the home and keeps contacting me....

I am open to having our daughter come live with me. I will give her the help and support that she needs. I have told him this repeatedly.

I feel sad just hearing his angry voice on the voicemails.

I've been married to a man for8 years. In the 8 he has worked a total of 1 year . He has never been able to maintain a job. He sometimes leaves the house for two weeks at a time. I have done everthing to keep him out of my home. From locking and changing all locks, moving. Restraining orders. Telling him I don't love him. I hate him. It's better that we move our seperate ways. He somehow finds a way back inside my home. I can't even leave my bathroom window open or unlocked because he will climb in through there. He tells the police what ever they want to hear so they just ignore me when I call them. I live in a really good neighborhood. That it's emberassing to have the police over every day. I work 40 hrs a week, starting my own business. He does nothing all day. He sleeps all day. He doesn't help with house chores and eats all day. Whe asked to do something he say's he's not a slave. I'm to the point of commiting suicide. Thats the only way out

at the church what happens? What do the guests do ? and do they wear the same clothes that are worn later during the party?

secondly at the part what is considered appropriate and what are the things I must avoid doing ? The bride is a good friend can I just wear a nice light pink dress (not very night-glamorous) and some shiny accessories is that fine ? Or do I have to wear something catchy ?

Finally, I wanna buy her a gift but I don't know when to give it to her (I was out of town when she did the bridal shower)

the way i see it is change is inevitable. change can be good or bad. whether anyone likes it or not, everyone and everything changes. sometimes its for the good and sometimes it makes things worse.

in my opinion, everyone needs change. even if it's something small! the problem is people won't compromise with each other. even when it's something small. the slightest change can help save a relationship. learning how to adapt to the change is up to you!

so my question to you is, how do adapt to the changes (good or bad) in your life?

He has never kept her for more than 4 days before. I am getting really nervous about it. It seems like two weeks is an awfully long time for a child of 2 who has been raised completely by me for her entire life. He moved out of our home when she was barely a year old and has only had weekend visitation. He is also living with a woman who I have never met, but has already verbalized that she wants nothing to do with children, especially mine.

My girlfriend and I both signed a mortgage for a house about a year ago. Now my girlfriend wants to move out and "find herself" and take our 3 year old daughter with her. I love my girlfriend and my daughter and I don't want to lose my house. I can't stop her from leaving but I want to know if she can just take our daughter. What rights do I have if she's the one who wants to leave?

I’ve been seeing a great guy for 2 mos. Im divorced and have 2 kids. he’s never been married and has no kids (if that means anything) Last night as I came home from a date I called to check on my daughter and she said her dad was outside waiting for me. To avoid a scene I told boyfriend to drop me off a block away. He was pissed but did it anyway. Then I told my ex that if he ever did that again, I’d file a restraining order. I spoke to boyfriend later on and he told me he liked me and enjoyed my company but that he didn’t need this. That I didn’t not have control of the situation. I told him I took care of it and not to make any hasty decisions. Today I text him and he text back but I could tell he was still pissed. He calls everyday, today he didn’t. I know this is the man for me and would hate to lose him because of my ex. He doesn’t want to see me happy. What to do?

my wife and I have been married for 6 mths. Together for a year. I luv her heaps but she always wants to spend time with me and she hates me going out with pple. Even when I talk to my parents and sisters, she gets angry at me for not spending any time with her. Then she ends up sleeping on the couch everytime I go out with friends or with other pple. she thinks I dont luv her, but I keep telling her I do. I have a life outside marriage, so how do I tell her that?

i'm only 3 weeks pregnant with my bestfriend's husband, she has not idea.you NEED to READ THE WHOLE THING to UNDERSTAND my Messed up SITUATION.In 2006 my bestfriend asked me to ve a baby for them. She will never be able to get pregnant. They ve been married for 7yrs & they wanted a baby.I asked her to adopt but she wanted her husband to ve his own biological child.I was against this.I asked her to find another surrogate mom but she was afraid the woman may change her mind & not give them the child.I tried to say no but she cried & begged & was afraid of losing her husband. She said she trusted me & knew that i would keep it a secret 4 them.We had 3 meetings with husband & saw a councelor.I finally agreed to do it.

My bestfriend & i are from south Africa. We came together to the states 10yrs ago.Bcos of our cultural beliefs,we were supposed to keep it a secret & once the child was born,we would pretend it was her biological child, her family & mine would never know.they are in africa.
